Would stay here again

This condo was as described but was on the 2nd floor, not third, but this allowed us to use the stairs a lot. Perfect, beautiful view of the ocean. Comfy, clean living room furniture. Water pressure in 2nd bath was low but working at least.

Love this location!

I’ve stayed at Phoenix East many times, and this condo unit was everything I expected. The views are great, the layout of these units is great, and this unit had everything I needed for cooking and making pina coladas. The mattress in the main bedroom could be replaced, but it was comfortable enough. It rained most of our stay, but we still had a great time at Florabama and on the balcony watching the rain.

Great location, difficulty with maintenance

Wonderful condo right on the beach full of everything we would need. We stayed Saturday-Saturday. The host was very responsive and quick and check in was easy. Unfortunately,we had maintenance issues with the outlets in the kitchen that were not working that we reported Monday and had to end up fixing on our own as the maintenance guy never showed up. Bummer, but it was a nice place and fine in the end

Pros: view is magnificent!!! The 2nd floor (actually 3 levels high because the ground floor is not considered 1) view is unobstructed, and just high enough for a great view of the ocean. The pool is good. Gaining entry into the room was seamless and the furniture and beds were very comfortable. Cons: acquiring parking wasnt possible because the management had not entered our registration. We ended up having to leave the car overnite without a permit and resolving it the next morning at the front desk. The condo was not well-cleaned. Beds and baths were clean; kitchen and floors were filthy. There was no broom or mop in the condo, nor were there sheets for the sofa bed. I reached out to a property manager about the issues on Monday of the week and she apologized and was told she would "make it up to me". I was never provided sheets or anything to clean the floors with and havent had contact with her since.

We delivered extra sofa sleeper sheets, but she had to leave them at the door because we could not get in touch with you. She was also going to go back over the floors. The floors were thoroughly mopped prior to your arrival. There is a mop, broom, dustpan, whisk broom, bucket and vacuum in the unit, should you like to tidy up mid-stay. We tried to contact you multiple times but were not able to reach you. Thank you for staying with us.

Room 204

Pros- room was clean. Second bedroom was far away for privacy. Pool was a nice. Racket ball was a blast. Kitchen had everything you need. Cons- couldn’t enjoy the balcony because it was right above the pool and it was noisy. Had to pay $55 for parking. 3 elevator but always waiting. Sliding door to balcony was hard to slide.

Thank you for your review, we love feedback! We work hard to make your stay perfect! Most comments love the 3rd floor balcony for the amazing beach view and sound of the waterfall. July is a busy time. All condo associations do charge for the pass. Unfortunately that is completely out of our control. Not sure if the 3rd elevator was being serviced, but there are several of them, and its is a convenient one flight to the ground level if you take the stairs. The sliding glass doors have been serviced, we wish we would have known during your stay, as we are local and close by to help. Glad you had a fun and enjoyable visit and come will stay again!

Room was dirty owner promised to refund a night never did

The property was nice but the check in was difficult the room was dirty we had to leave and let them clean I was promised a free dinner voucher never got it I was promised a free night returned to my card member got it the internet didn't work the TV and remote in bedroom didn't work

It was an amazing stay, we did figure out the TV last night I know things happen and I'm glad y'all was so quick to respond. We had a blast at Waterville etc. We had a amazing vacation it was everything we needed some fun and sun with kiddos we work so hard and needed that". Feedback today; "We just left and put the keys back. Thank you so much! One of the best condos we have been in with Phoenix! We were so sad to leave so soon. We will definitely be renting it again!"

Awesome view of the ocean and located in a great place.

Absolutely loved taking my family here for vacation. The check in/check out process was amazingly smooth. The unit was clean and well furnished just like an at home feeling away from home. The balcony has the perfect views of the ocean for sunset and sunrise. The employees all treated us like family. Will definitely visit this place again very soon.
