Once Upon a Tide is the perfect beachfront house for you to relax, disconnect, and have fun with uninterrupted views of the Sea of Cortez.

On the best beach in Puerto Penasco, Playa Encanto, you will be able to let go of stress, enjoy family and friends, have time and space to finish that book, have a refreshing swim, find shells and sand dollars, play beach games, or just enjoy the incredible sunrises and sunsets from the hot tub.

Opting for a clean and uncluttered energy, you’ll find this property equipped for the most discerning guests. A fully stocked kitchen awaits with features including a French press, coffee maker, percolator, and frother for the coffee connoisseurs in your group.

The living space displays the artistic works of local artisans to complement the redecorated interior with a coastal feel. The space has a light and airy atmosphere with all the comforts such as a living room with a gas fireplace and 65 inch smart TV with streaming services such as Netflix, Amazon Prime, and HBO Max. Also included is a remote working space with high-speed internet with lovely unobstructed views of the beach and water.

With three bedrooms and two full baths, there’s space to comfortably accommodate 9 people. The master bedroom features a king bed, an ensuite bathroom, gas fireplace, smart TV, USB ports, and beautiful view of the sea. The second bedroom offers a queen, and the third a bunk bed with a large full mattress. These two bedrooms share the hall bath and have their own smart TVs and USB ports.

The outdoor amenities are just as spectacular, with a large deck offering comfortable lounge areas, a gas grill, and a 6 person hot tub. The sunny beach features a Solo Stove wood fire pit, perfect for those s’mores making evenings. The rooftop deck is perfect for dining, or those the starry nights while sipping a glass of wine next to a gas fireplace.

The property is located on the beachfront in Playa Encanto with private security and a security gate. The property is equipped with beach toys, games, towels, chairs, floats, boogie boards, wagon, and umbrella. The living room is stocked with various board and family games. Washer and dryer is available for guests as well.

Conveniently located to many of the area’s amenities, you’re literally steps from the sea and just a short walk or drive to the famous Santo Coyote restaurant and Starbucks (Palm Café) at Encantame Towers. A Jack Nicklaus designed golf course located at Vidanta is down the road, as well as many off-roading trails.

Located 15 minutes from town, there are numerous restaurants and activities in Puerto Penasco including shopping, whale watching, kite surfing, scuba diving, Shell Museum, banana boat rides, kayaking, horseback riding, and even a pirate ship for those Instagram moments!

Pets are allowed but are an additional $75 per pet.
