Dies ist ein gemütliches Studio in der Lodge im Mountain Village, direkt am Fuße des Park City Mountain Resort. Dieses Gerät bietet Platz für 4 Personen mit einem Queen-Schrankbett und einem ausziehbaren Schlafsofa. Die Lodge at Mountain Village bietet einen beheizten Innen- / Außenpool, Whirlpools, ein Fitnesscenter und eine Tiefgarage. Auch am Fuße des Berges können Sie Eislaufen, Einkaufen, Restaurants und lustige Bergaktivitäten des Resort Center genießen.

Diese Wohnung befindet sich zwischen Pay Day & First Time Sessellifte. Gehen Sie einfach die Halle hinunter, fahren Sie mit dem Aufzug hinunter und Sie sind nur wenige Schritte von der Skipiste entfernt. Die Skischule und die Liftkarte sind nur wenige Schritte entfernt. Die Pisten und Lifte sind weniger als fünf Minuten von der Wohnung entfernt.

Was den Transport betrifft, ist das Parken unter der Erde sehr praktisch, wenn Sie Ihr eigenes Fahrzeug haben. Wenn Sie kein Fahrzeug mieten möchten, ist der öffentliche Verkehr in Park City kostenlos! Es gibt eine Hauptbushaltestelle direkt an der Basis. Egal, wie Sie zur Main Street gehen, Restaurants und Lebensmittelgeschäfte sind nur wenige Minuten entfernt.

Great Location

The location cannot be beat! This unit is directly at the lifts providing immediate access to the slopes. The free shuttle comes to the front of the building and is a quick ride to Main Street.

Great listing!

This is a really great condo in a great location. My husband and I spent a long weekend here for a ski trip. It was a great size for the two of us, and the location a few steps from the lifts can’t be beat. The host was communicative and accommodating. Would absolutely recommend!

Unbelievable ski in ski out location

Cozy studio perfect for a couple ski weekend. Location was perfect with quick access to slopes, restaurants, equipment rental and shuttle buses to town. Condo was simple yet well equipped and accurately described. Will definitely rent again.

Great!

Location was fantastic, check in was super easy, loved the in-unit ski storage. Could have used more storage for empty bags, etc in the unit (ski stuff is bulky!), but that was pretty minor. All in all, definitely will come back!

Small Studio in Excellent Location

This is a small one room studio. The Murphy bed and the pull out couch worked well and took up almost the whole room. It was clean and responsive management. Without a doubt, the location is amazing and cannot be beat. Rent from Aloha Skis which is 20 paces away from the entry door!

Great location, but VERY old and uncomfortable

Room is in a great location, but…the property is extremely old: mattresses are old and uncomfortable, carpet is worn and dirty, limited temperature control in room. Says sleeps 4 but only provide 2 terrible pillows. Will not go back here.

I'm sorry this property did not meet your expectations. You are correct-this condo is dated, that is why the pricing is discounted compared to updated condos in this building. However, I need to respectfully dispute a few of your assertions. The carpet is worn, but I have it cleaned each year prior to the start of the winter season. The sleeper sofa bed is not old, and I find the mattress to be quite comfortable. I also replace the pillows each year, and there were definitely 4 pillows in the condo during your stay. I know the instructions are long and detailed, but they do clearly state where to find the extra pillows. And you are also correct in stating that the temperature control is limited. You can easily adjust the heat up, but once this concrete building is heated up, it does take a long time for it to cool down. All that said, I wish you had contacted me with your concerns so I could have done whatever possible to make your stay better. All the best, Ken Beiler

Fabulous Studio

My husband and I stayed in this studio last year and we loved it so much that we brought our kids this year. You are minutes from the slopes and hot tub. Since there is a kitchen, we were able to make breakfast each morning. The studio was well-maintained and super clean. The murphy bed was very comfortable. The basket of snacks was a nice touch! The owners are great with communication. I highly recommend this studio.

Ski break away

Decided two weeks ago to take advantage of the great snow and make our first skinny trip to Park City. Felt fortunate to find a reasonably priced studio apartment a very short walk to the mountain village lifts. With the transit point right next to the building, free shuttle bus, and Uber rides from the airport were worry free. We had a light fixture issue that I contacted Ken about - he had it replaced while we were on the mountain skiing, ski lifts, , bar, corner store, ski rentals, ice skating all within 100 yards of the front door. Def my first choice when we return,

1st time in Park city

Did you land late and didn't get to eat dinner? No worries, this Host welcomes you with quality snacks with each stay! Did your shampoo explode in the plane? no worries, they have shampoo and soap for your stay! We were so pleased with the location and it was so easy to get to main street! This is the closest we have stayed to lifts and it was amazing. Our host was easy to get in contact with for any questions and was extremely gracious. This stay made 50% of our visit to Park city just absolutely the best! Snowboarded 3 days, experienced Shabu and Highwest Distillery along with this perfect studio apt.

Location, location, location

If you need to get around Park City quickly, whether in ski boots or sneakers, this location can’t be beat! If you have a vehicle, the parking is super close to the front door. If you don’t, the bus line is also steps away. For active people, it’s walkable getting to Main Street or the grocery store. There are also restaurants, coffee shops, and novelty stores in the Mountain Village complex in case you want a latte or a beer, or forgot your toothbrush or ski gloves. A couple things to note is that the garage is accessible by stairs—something to keep in mind if you’re not an active person or are traveling with elderly folks. It also has a charmingly rustic, mountain cabin feel, so it’s not modern or updated. But the WiFi was great and it had all the basics amenities.I was there on business during Sundance, and I found it extremely convenient. It is also an ideal location if you’re there for all the snow sports. Highly recommend!

Overall Good Value

We used VBRO to rent a ski-in/ski-out Studio unit in Park City in January 2016. The location of the Studio unit was great and the unit has good access to the Payday lift and the Park City bus system. The Studio was small but very functional. At first we were uncomfortable with the idea of using a Murphy bed but it proved to be very comfortable. The unit does needs a little TLC though (the stopper was missing from the bathroom sink). We enjoyed skiing at Park City and we were happy with the value of the Studio unit. We did have one major complaint and that was that check-in was difficult. We gave the front desk clerks all the reservation/confirmation numbers we had but since we rented through VBRO the numbers meant nothing to them. The clerks were more than helpful and they were able to contact the owner for the unit number. We were given our parking pass and building access keys but when we arrived at the Studio unit we realized we were not given the code for the unit’s pushbutton key lock, again we had to call the owner. Except for the difficulty we had with check-in we were happy with the Studio unit and look forward to returning next year.

Location can't be beat!

Condo was exactly as described. Nothing fancy, but, clean and close to the mountain! Everything you need for a home base! Walls/ceiling are thin, therefore you can easily hear neighbor noise (what you would expect from an older unit). Ken was responsive and easy to communicate with. Available for assistance/suggestions. And even left us some snacks! Nice touch! Would recommend this unit for 2 people.

Great Location, host communication

The location cant be beat. Less than a 5 min walk to the lifts. Near restaurants, ski rentals, shuttles, etc. The hosts were great in responding to pre-visit questions and recommendations. As mentioned in other postings, this is no-frills. For size context, its footprint is equivalent to a standard rectangle American hotel room, entrance w bathroom immediately to your side, and instead of 2 traditional beds youd find in a hotel, there is a Murphy bed and pull out couch in their place. The kitchenette is conveniently shoehorned along the wall that divides the bathroom from the bedroom. It was just fine for a 3 day weekend with my wife, me, and our daughter who also enjoyed the shared pool, hot tub, and nearby ice skating rink

Wonderful place exactly as advertised

Great place 2 min walk to mountain, 1 minute walk to shuttle, indoor hot tub just down the hall (even with COVID restrictions of 1 family at a time we had no problem using it after skiing). As advertised small. Nice Murphy bed, fireplace and sunny porch. A bit noisy at night ( neighbors upstairs I think) so earplugs are a good idea. Responsive and easy to work with ( we stayed late for no fee) and nice welcome basket and essentials in the kitchen were appreciated. We would stay here again. The skiing was fantastic!

Comfy, quiet, and close!

The location can't be beat. It's at the base of Park City Mountain and is only a short all to the base of the Payday and Crescent lifts. You've got several gear rental options to choose from within feet of the location. The room is comfortable and perfect for a couple to stay and relax. The kitchenette is handy for making breakfasts before hitting the slopes. The free PC bus lines pickup and drop off spot is close by. The Owner was responsive and helpful via text. The room decoration is a bit dated, but if you appreciate function over form, you'll be pleased. We enjoyed the stay and would come back again.

Unit is a dump, location & Mgr. are good

Small unit, two people only. Can't walk in the room with bed pulled down. Hairs in the blankets, bathroom, around the room. Mold in and around tub. Sink was from 1970's, no drain stopper. Bathroom caulked all over trying to cover up age and mold (that has now regrown through it). The bedding was old and blankets stained. Seems only the sheets get washed, not the top bedding or blankets. Didn't dare to look inside the pillow cases. The couch was very uncomfortable and looks to be 30+ years old. Behind the Murphy bed was very dirty. The kitchen sink rubber drain falls out so can't use it, but then the disposal shoots up junk when on. Stove/Oven is literally from the 1950's. Silverware is coated with stains from being used for so long. The one closet is full of cleaning supplies and bedding so really not usable other than to hang a few things. Kitchen cabinets are full so no storage there either. Climate control was poor. Unless you are two college kids who only care about saving money, look elsewhere.

Gerald, thank you for taking the time to express your thoughts on this condo. I hope you will accept my apology for not meeting your expectations. That said, I do wish you had given me a chance to fix whatever I could. I think I could have made you feel more comfortable if I had known about some of your concerns. Housekeeping is the most difficult part of the rental process. No matter what cleaning crew I use, I occasionally find hairs left behind. I would have been happy to bring a new set of clean bedding for you. Yes, this is an older unit that could use a makeover. That is why it is priced as a bargain-well below the other units this size at this prime location. I am not going to address all of the concerns you had, but I will say that there is no mold or mildew in the bathroom. Again, thank you for mentioning your concerns. That helps me to improve the condo for future guests.

Excellent value for a small family at a great location. The owners are genuinely helpful, responsive, and transparent. The kids immediately went for the snacks which was a nice touch!

Skiing Utah powder is the best and we think that Park City is the best place to vacation. Our family loves to ski all day and then relax in the hot tub & pool. Later, we gather around the fireplace in our condo and play games and enjoy a family dinner. If we still have energy - we enjoy a movie right at our condo!
