When we booked the house , I was told there was a dock and an elevator for my physically disabled husband. The dock was in shambles and floating in the water. The night we arrived , the elevator stopped working. On Sunday, we texted Tanya, the Hospitality Specialist, several times before we realized we were getting an automatic message. I called the number and was told it wasn’t the correct one, but was given the right number. Tanya was very helpful in trying to call a repairman but due to it being on a Sunday, no one could come until lunchtime on Monday. 2 Repairmen came and fixed the broken microwave and ordered a new garbage disposal. During this time, the elevator repairman came and didn’t notify anyone of us,but the elevator was working and we used it until Thursday when the property owner,Shawn,told us it we shouldn’t use it anymore, according to the elevator repairman. This caused stress for everyone in our party, to get my disabled husband up and down the stairs. I asked to get a partial refund and I did not receive a reply.
