Wonderful! We stayed here for the FSU vs. UF football game weekend. We added on a couple extra nights after the booking and the host was very accommodating. The house was very cozy and clean and in a great location.

This property is CLEAN, walkable to several restaurants and Whole Foods, and close to FSU. The owners did a lovely job with the renovations. It was perfect for dropping our daughter at school. We’d stay there again in a heartbeat.

This place was amazing. Tatiana was a gracious host and she is more than accommodating. The place has a very calming effect. Loved all the plants, organic towels were soft and plush. The place was very clean. I plan to stay here each time I visit my son in tally. Great value.

We absolutely enjoyed are stay very much. The feel was very welcoming & we loved all of the added touches that made us feel at home. Beautifully stocked and decorated with everything we needed and more. The bedding was perfect, we all slept comfortably & everything was immaculate. Added touch, I loved how the host had the unit stocked with organic and healthy products from the pantry to the cleaning supplies. Location was very convenient and super close to a Whole Foods. Home gym was amazing so spacious and allowed us to keep our morning routine. So many extras that go above & beyond. Definitely a unique find and gem.

Great location, house, host

Five adults and a sixth month old stayed for nearly a week. I’m from Tally and knew the house was very centrally located. Parking is a bit tight if you have more than one car and visitors (driveway is short) but otherwise a great place to stay. Tatiana and her husband were prompt to respond and ready to help. Everyone who visited us was impressed with the place. We’ll stay again when next in town.

The Townhome seemed brand new and was super nice! Was 10 minutes to FSU which was perfect and within walking distance of Whole Foods and Lululemon. WiFi was also great which made working from this location easy.

Exceeded Expectation

We have stayed in plenty of short term rentals around the country for various vacations, etc. I rarely feel the need to leave a review. However, this home was without question the best place we have stayed to date. Not only was Tatiana friendly and accommodating from the first moment of interaction, she was also extremely punctual in her communication. Upon arrival, most rental listings are usually ALMOST as nice as they appear in the photos, if you’re lucky; but this home was exactly as pictured and was even way bigger than conveyed. I really thought I would be getting a small townhome with tiny bathrooms in each room, which would have been just fine and great for everyone to have their own shower, etc. The reality while there felt like each room was its own boutique hotel room. There was no convenience forgotten and the entire home was extremely well appointed with high-end everything… from the kitchen appliances and utensils to the linens and even the soaps. It truly felt as if my best friend were the owner of an upscale spa, which reflected that same style in their home, and they allowed me to use their private home while they were away. The owners clearly have taken the time and effort to make this rental property first class. Their attention to detail was impeccable: they even have the kitchen stocked with various organic spice essentials and pantry staples. The location was perfect as it was central to everywhere. We came to town for my daughters FSU graduation and when I say this home was 15 min or less from everything… I mean it! It’s in an up and coming area with lots of shopping options close. We even walked to the Whole Foods grocery. The absolute only drawback (if you could even consider it such) I experienced was that our 2 vehicles did not fit in the driveway; we had to park one vehicle curbside. However, the owner felt that to be safe enough that their car was parked curbside as well. If you are looking for a place in Tallahassee with space for your family, you cannot get any better than this! I know in the 5 years I’ve been going I haven’t!
