The condo was great, small but as described and appropriate for what we needed- a place to sleep. The bunk beds are great for smaller children. The balcony has a great view of the ocean front. The condo was sufficiently cleaned but is in need of a deep clean after the season.

(There was no soap in the bathroom and management indicated it should've been there and would be dropped off. It never was.) Microwave buttons were not functional, there was no smoke detector, and unit had not been thoroughly cleaned from the previous tenants. There were food crumbs in several of the seats, trash on the floor of the bathroom and on the nightstand, and a clothing tag was propped in the bathtub drain in order to let it drain. (Drain was not installed properly and tub will not drain without being propped open). View was wonderful which is why this property gets bookings. As long you only care about the view and access to the beach (though the gate code only works about 10% of the time) and don't mind broken furniture, appliances and a semi clean space to stay, you should be fine.

DO NOT BOOK THIS PROPERTY OR USE VACASA

The property was in very poor condition. We had multiple problems throughout our stay and Vacasa did nothing. Each time I reached out, they promptly responded, but I was told multiple times over 3 days to wait until l heard from the local team. I never did and our vacation was ruined by all the things that were wrong. The property is also not in good shape...rats at the pool and the keypad from the beach was ducktaped to the gate. Very poor facility and very poor service.

Could be great

The property was ok we loved the view. This place would be great if they did a thorough cleaning in between guest. The floors were dirty when we arrived (turns our feet black)The door stop on door was broke so we had a hard time getting our door to close. Kitchen sink had a leak when we arrived we contacted management they were suppose to send someone…..(no one came) the bathtub was messed up so we also had to fight that the whole stay bc no one came to fix anything. Before leaving we tried to start the dishwasher and it wouldn’t work. This place needs a good deep clean and inspection.

Family vacay

We had a wonderful stay at this beach condo in Gulf Shores! The condo is beautifully decorated and overall very clean and comfortable. We did notice the air vent and top of the refrigerator could use a little extra attention, and the tub drain wasn’t draining well. The microwave also didn’t work during our visit. However, the manager was very responsive—he offered to fix the drain and provide a loaner microwave, but since our stay was short, we let him know it wasn’t necessary. Despite these minor issues, we truly enjoyed our time and would definitely consider staying here again!

Clean but very dated building

The condo itself was very clean which I appreciated. The building although was very dated and just looked neglected. The condo had some updates with the kitchen and bathroom, but the furniture was very worn. The bed was terrible. It had a hole on the right side and a huge hump in the middle. The bedroom had no overhead light or fan. Only lamps. The couch was dirty and worn looking. The elevator went out on day two. Which made for a fun many trips loading the vehicle on the last day. The location was very convenient to restaurants and attractions. The walk to the beach was very short which was great. Probably wouldn’t stay here again but it served it purpose.

We loved the views and overall condo was what we expected. There was not a decent frying pan. Both were rusted. Couch not comfortable at all. We did enjoy our stay but cookware and couch need replaced.

The unit was clean and parking included, so that was nice. But it’s oddly-furnished and the furniture isn’t particularly comfortable. Nonstick cookware in terrible condition, leaving bits of the coating on our food. ew. Bathroom was clean but there’s no counter space, no hand towel hook, and just one bath towel hook. The listing says the unit accommodates 6 guests but I can’t imagine. The building exterior and outdoor spaces are tired and in desperate need of a refresh.

This condo has a beautiful view and everything you need. We had our one year old so seating was a little rough with the tall chairs at meal time but everything else was perfect.

Beach Getaway

This property was immaculate and just as pictured on the website. We were just steps away from the beach and enjoyed the covered porch during our stay. We were within walking distance of several restaurants, shops, and the state park. We loved our stay and hope to return again!

Our go-to condo for Gulf Shores

Clearwater Condo is first choice for Gulf Shores. We love that it is a bit further down the beach and not as crowded. The unit was very clean and comfortable. They were also very quick to reply and send out a plumber for the clogged bathtub drain (I'm sure that is a constant battle for beach front condos!)

The condo was just as it was represented on-line. Everything associated with this stay went quite well. The only issue was a very noisy pool pump. I reported that to the management company and someone was dispatched to address that within 30 minutes! Great responsiveness!!
