Newly renovated beachfront condo in a low density complex. Sit on the balcony and enjoy your morning coffee or afternoon beverage! This 2 bedroom/2 bath with bunks offers plenty of space for 8 guests. Clearwater is located directly on the beach and minutes from activities, shopping, and dining

The living room offers a sleeper sofa, recliner, new 55" Roku telvision, and views of the Gulf. The adjacent dining area offers seating for four at the table and additional seating for four at the bar. The kitchen has new stainless appliances. Also, features both a Keurig coffee maker and standard coffee drip pot. The master bedroom offers a king bed with nightstand, dresser, and new 42" Roku television. The second bedroom offers a king bed with a memory foam mattress, nightstand, dresser, and television. Additional sleeping is available in hallway berth bunkbeds (suitable for children).

The complex also offers an outdoor pool, shower, and grilling area. The beach is just a very short walk from the complex. Beach unbrellas and chairs are available for rent on the beach.

Clearwater is centrally located between Mobile & Pensacola Airports. Biloxi, MS Casinos are only 2 hours away!

It was a perfect place to stay. Owner makes it all effortless and fantastic communication with me from the time I booked the unit. Also, want to add this note: access to the beach is wonderful and it was not hard to get to the chair rentals. From someone who has a bad knee :)

Weekend get-a-way

My family and I had a great stay at this condo. The location is beautiful. Loved the beach and ocean view from the living room. Walking distance from Gulf State Park. The condo has been updated to include modern finishes. The outlets in the kitchen were not working, but the owner quickly resolved the problem. Would recommend staying here.

Great host and great condo

This unit worked well for our family. We had 4 adults and 3 children ranging in age from infant to pre-teen. Never felt cramped. Gayle was very helpful and really made us feel welcome. 😊

I really liked this property. It was just right. Not so overly fancy which made it more affordable. Good/short distance to beach. Only complaint is that we found a THC vape under the bed that my 14 year old was sleeping on. Just so glad we found it before he did.

Fantastic Property- ♡

Check-In was perfect and so easy. The condo was clean and perfectly stocked. The condo did feel a little muggy when we checked in and the air seemed to not be blowing very cold... I texted Gayle and she immediately apologized and offered someone to fix it... 20 minutes or so later the condo started to cool off and air worked perfectly the rest of the week. I though It was so nice she quickly offered help. The location was perfect.. the kids loved the pool and easy access to the beach. The entire place was well cared for- every morning the maintenance/cleaning crew were sweeping and rinsing off the pool area to keep everything in good shape. We also walked in the evenings and it was nice to have security in the parking lot making sure the building was secured. Overall it was an amazing stay and we plan to come back soon. Thank you so much Gayle !

Relaxing stay at the Clearwater Condo 1A - April 19-24th,2 021

We had a fantastic time at Gulf Shores, Alabama. Gayle was so easy to book with and responded very quickly when I had a question!! Definitely would recommend this condo! Loved that we were on the 1st floor! We didn't want a condo that was too high up! Easy access to the beach and close to Hangout, Sea n Suds and other restaurants in the area. A short walk to the Gulf Shores State Pier which we went there a few times. We traveled with my family of 4 and my mother and we can't wait to go back. If you need a relaxing time away... this your place. The condo complex wasn't very busy at the time we went which was awesome, we practically had the beach to ourselves. My children loved that the condo had bunk beds. I loved that I could I sit the balcony and enjoy my coffee with watching the waves and wildlife. Only thing we wished that the pool was heated but being from Wisconsin my son still went in it. :) Thanks again Gayle for making everything stress free! We can't wait to come back! We already miss the beach and definitely the warmth!

Lovely condo, but…

The condo was clean and quaint. Fit 5 people perfectly. We had a great time. But, there was loud construction on the condo next door. The condo itself had very thin walls and floors. When sleeping, it felt like you were next to the people in the outdoor breezeway. (And when the door to the stairway closed, talk about scaring you straight out sleep). Also, our WIFI was terrible the entire time. We couldn’t watch TV, use our phones or work remotely.

So glad you found the condo a good fit and had a good time. I do wish you had contacted me about the cable service or had called the number posted by the TV in the living room and in each bedroom to ask that the router be reset. Sometimes when bad weather comes through, this has to be done. We have always been able to watch TV and work remotely while there. I apologize this didn’t happen for you.

The condo had everything that we needed!! It was very nice on the inside of the condo!

The pool area needs some work and the the balcony off of the condo needs a little work. The walk to the beach is very short and great views from the condo!
