Dalarna, the grand lady of Nordic Villas, has hosted weddings and celebrations, brought families and friends together and made memories for all who've come. With ample room for 30 guests, Dalarna provides charm and elegance and will enchant you with the spacious verandas, and the unhurried pace of the beach house lifestyle. Dalarna has a versatile floor plan with a great room on the beach level that features a living room, mini kitchen, and of course a door that opens to a boardwalk to the sea!

The main level offers dining capacity for 30 and, naturally, a kitchen that is up to the task, as well as an expansive veranda with an unforgettable view of the Gulf. The day starts early down on the coast and with 10 king beds (as well as two twins and three sets of bunk beds), all will start the day refreshed and ready to enjoy all that Nordic Villas has to offer. 12 bathrooms and two full sized washers and dryers assure that whether your plans include a wedding, a retreat, or a get together of family or friends, your stay will be memorable and comfortable.

The Nordic Villas cluster is a private, gated community of seven homes (eight units total), featuring two private pools, four large charcoal grills with seating areas and a gas fire pit, generous parking areas, carefully maintained grounds and plantings, and boardwalks from all homes to the beach. Each pool includes a large lounge area with plenty of seating. Leave the crowds behind and come enjoy this Orange Beach vacation oasis! Nordic Villas is the perfect location for family reunions, weddings, team and company retreats, or just friends and family looking for the peace and privacy of large beach homes.

All guests shall abide by the good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
Cancellation for this property must be 90 days prior to arrival

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 12 vehicles.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
