Super close to beach

The condo is close to the beach, so the walk is minimal. However being on the 2nd floor, you hear everything at the pool at all hours of the night. Cute condo, sliding glass door lock was broken but we could still open the door by pushing on the other end.

Great location, updates needed

The location and area were wonderful. Communication and response times were good. The condo is very worn and needs some work. More towels and other amenities would be nice. When traveling, you don’t want to have to pack the basics. Also, something inside the door to catch the remaining sand would be helpful so it’s not tracked all over the condo.

Run down rental thats rarely maintained / maybe best location in building with direct view of Gulf .Windows never cleaned and SGD to patio broken and almost inoperable. Bring towels ,toilet paper . AC only reaches bedrooms when doors are open . Carpet , sofa's chairs never cleaned .

We loved the view and the location. However, the furniture is very bare bones and one of the chairs was clearly not very clean. As long you keep your expectations low about the space, I think it's fine.

Great location

You can't beat this location directly on the beach. The home could use some updating. If you rent and plan to cook, bring spices. Salt and pepper not provided. We needed to buy trash bags, toilet paper, plastic cups and paper plates.

Nice location on the beach. It was not crowded at this time of the year and the temperature was ...

We loved the location which is just a short distance to the pier to the east. It is a moderately tall building of about nine stories and next door to the Whaler which is another .moderately tall building so that there is plenty of room to spread out on the beach. There is beach umbrella and chair rentals on your beach. The whole family enjoyed a quiet and peaceful weekend. There was even a moderately priced option to purchase a late checkout time of 2 pm rather than 10 am which we took.

We didn’t like it.

Unfortunately, there’s plenty of room for improvement. When we got there someone threw a slice of cheese on my car that alone made me very angry. When we got to the room we couldn’t get in. We tried several times but the code I was given was wrong and the code that the lady gave me from Vacasa was wrong. They had to send someone out to let us into the house. The property needs an update ASAP from the tv’s, the mattress. The couch had us itching we did see some hair on the couch but we don’t know if that was the cause of that or not. If you guys are going to charge that much to stay the room should better than that. The mattresses are hard and the tv have self controlling volume when they work in the bed rooms. The volume went up by itself waking us up. The experience we had makes me want to request for a refund because the room wasn’t as good as it looked online.

It’s a decent place to stay

It was clean and had a good view. My only complaint is that the washer and dryer were shared on the floors (coin operated) and the dryer did not work. The faceplates were upside down so you couldn’t place money in them to turn them on. Everything else was great. Would definitely stay here again.

It’s on the beach.

We booked last minute for a quick beach trip. The complex is older which usually hasn’t been an issue once you get to the condo. The condo is dated and could use some TLC. The cleaning crew could do a better job. The condo floor had a good bit of sand on it when we arrived. It’s on the beach and it was reasonably priced. It’s also in a good location. We made the best of the cosmetic and enjoyed our stay.

It is located within walking distance ( less than 1 mile) to restraunts and shopping. The beach access was easy and chair/umbrella rentals are available on beach. The interior of the condo is dated, but comfortable. No issues with any appliances, but there is no guide for TV channels.

Beautiful view but could use some updating

Perfect location right on the beach. Quaint and quiet condo which was nice. Living room and kitchen area could have been cleaned better (sand on floor and on the coffee table, not sure the last time the microwave had been cleaned inside and the ventilation button for the stove was broken, hairs on the sheets in one of the rooms). Decent for price. Would recommend if updated.

Girls trip

Gulf was great! I’d definitely go back. Only 2 issues we really had were that the master bedroom stayed pretty warm throughout our stay and the dumpsters location. The dumpster is pretty much in the middle of the parking lot and oh it stunk so bad. The views from this condo, amazing. It’s super close to the beach and made the walk very short to the water. Only thing we could hear in the condo from other guests was the sliding door opening and closing. Pretty quite little place. Enough space for everyone. Made our trip one for the memories.

On the beach

Being on the beach was the best attribute for this property. I normally do not leave detailed negative reviews, I prefer to message the owner so they can take care of the issues, but this property is not managed by the owner. The property appeared to be clean upon arrival but we quickly found the floors turned our white socks and feet brown. The glasses and silverware all needed to be washed prior to using, the kitchen sponge that was available was used and dirty. The unit has a musty smell and the primary bedroom was always hot.The outdoor dining space(balcony) had to be put together so we didn't bother to use it. The door to the balcony is very difficult to open and close. Living room furniture needs a refresh one chair feels damp and sticky and also has a faint odor. Overall the unit needs a deep cleaning and a refresh. The view from the balcony was amazing but the view alone would not be enough to get me to book the unit again.
