Welcome to our Jewel Box, in the beachfront Compass Point building within the gated community of WaterSound! Compass Point is the closest beachfront building in the main WaterSound neighborhood. WaterSound is a walkers’ paradise with miles of trails within the neighborhood and adjoining undeveloped Deer Lake State Park. The gated WaterSound community limits access to guests staying in the neighborhood, making it perfect for quiet, peaceful vacations along 30A. There are many parks and nooks throughout the neighborhood to enjoy the amazing 30A weather year-round.
