Please share which TVs and any photos through Vrbo messages so maintenance can be dispatched to repair or replace them. - I apologize the kitchen lacked basics. We’ll restock common items and review our listing/arrival information so guests know what to expect. - Thank you for calling out the bunk room size. We’ll review the listing photos and description to ensure the layout and bedroom designation are accurate. - I’m sorry you found the property and pool-area bathrooms in poor condition. We’ll notify on-site management/HOA and have housekeeping and maintenance inspect the units and common restrooms for deep-cleaning and repairs. - We’ll also add clearer notes about the beach walk and any gear/transport considerations so future guests can plan accordingly.
