Small Christian Family owned property. Located in a Private Gated Community. 2 bedroom 2 bath sleeps 6-8 guests (if 8 guests the owner must be notified). (Neighboring unit is also available, property ID 2486919)
Bedroom 1 features a King bed with a Master bathroom suite with a jacuzzi tub and shower.
Bedroom 2 features a Queen bed with a full hallway bath with a tub/shower combo, as well as a Queen sleeper sofas in living room. There is also a full balcony overlooking the pool and playground.
Welcome to our home away from home in Branson Mo, we love the atmosphere and attitude of this area and it’s people and pray you do also.
The. kitchen is fully equipped and the laundry room is also, feel free to grill on the electro grill outside on patio ( by laws do not allow gas or charcoal)
The linens are fresh as well as towels and wash cloths.
We will provide you with your own personal 4 digit code for the door as well as a magnetic “owners” gate pass, please keep up with this pass as it allows you in and out of the private gate and is $100 replacement for its loss. It is on a lanyard on wall in hallway.
This magnetic card also give you access to pool, hot tub and other amenities inside of Point Royale.

The Pointe. Designed by Ault-Clark and Associates, constructed by Carter Golf, The Pointe at Pointe Royale is a true "shot-maker" course. Lush bent grass greens and Bermuda fairways, with eight water holes, sand and grass bunkers, and tees for all levels of play, The Pointe is a world class golfing experience. This newly renovated, challenging 18-hole, 6,501-yard par 70 course is regarded as the original championship course in the Branson area and is maintained to a high level of standards. The course has 8 water holes and in all 12 out of the 18 have some type of water hazard. Overall, the rolling fairways and mature trees offer quite a challenge to the average golfer, so remember, club selection and a good golf course strategy are a must. The fine staff at the Pointe Royale Pro Shop will be happy to accommodate your golf needs. The Pro Shop is well stocked and there is a restaurant in the Pointe Royale clubhouse where you can relax after your round and perhaps see one of the music stars who regularly play golf at Pointe Royale.

Golf. The Pointe's scenic 18-hole Championship Course is Branson's Premier Course. Guests staying in our condo receive discounted golf fees.
Clubhouse. State-of-the-Art facility featuring men's and ladies locker rooms, meeting space, Pro Shop, fitness room, Wi-Fi internet and Bar & Grill.
Bar & Grill. Take a break between rounds of golf to enjoy an ice cold beer and delicious food. The grill serves a full breakfast and lunch menu.
Practice Putting Green. A great place to practice your short game. This well-manicured putting green sits next to the Pro Shop.
Pro Shop. A convenient place to stock up on all your golf attire and supplies. Features clothing, shoes, golf clubs, bags, and so much more.
Swimming. Enjoy a heated indoor pool, two outdoor pools, a hot tub, and a kiddie pool, with patio areas for swimming and relaxing while getting that tan. Outdoor pools are open from Memorial Day through Labor Day Weekends. The indoor pool is open year round. Pool hours are 10:00 am - 11:00 pm.
Tennis. There are two lighted tennis courts next to the clubhouse and main pool area. Some of the nicest courts around, come enjoy a round of tennis day or evening. Equipment rental is available at the front desk.
Fitness Center. The 24 hour Fitness Center offers numerous pieces of equipment including tread mills, exercise bikes, recumbent bikes, elliptical and weight machines. The Fitness Center features a floor covering that is excellent for walking and aerobic exercise. The Fitness Center is available to owners, renters and guests only.
Lakeside Trout Fishing. Rainbow and Brown Trout can be landed with artificial lures at the lakeside park on Lake Taneycomo. Pointe Royale is located on the trophy fishing area of the upper end of the lake near Table Rock Dam. For bait fishing, you can go to Branson's public docks, where you may also rent a boat.
Playgrounds and Picnic Areas. There are several playgrounds and picnic areas with charcoal grills around Pointe Royale including a lakeside park.
Hiking. Exploring the natural beauty of the Ozarks is just moments away. The Shepherd of the Hills Trout Hatchery located just to our west has a nature trail along Lake Taneycomo and The Dewey Short Visitors Information Center at Table Rock Dam begins another adventure along the shores of Table Rock Lake.
Our Family Bought this Condo in late 2021, so that we could visit Branson as much as we would like. When the next door unit became available we could not resist buying it. Now our entire family can all vacation and stay together. What we did not plan on was starting a small business. However, at this point it just made sense to do so. Now we have began updated each condo little by little and hosting families from all across America. Our goals are to help families to experience a great stay with all of the comforts of home. A list of our families favorites- restaurants include: Farm House, Billy Gails, and Mel’s diner. Older childrens activities- Beyond the Lens, Silver Dollar City, Big Foot Encounter, Tiger Sanctuary, and Mountain Coasters. Adults and elderlys favorite activities include- Silver Dollar City, Thrifting, plays, shows, Ripleys museum, toy museum, tiger santuary, top of yhe rocks golf cart trail and museum, and exploring historical Branson West. Favorite plays and shows- Sight and Sound Theatres Plays(Jesus Play, Moses Play, Queen Esther Play), Presleys Jubalee, Branson Bell, and Dolly Pardons Stampede. Favorites for smaller children- Silver Dollar City, Wonder Works, almost all mini puts, play ground behind the condo, pool behind the condo, drive through Safari Zoo, test Track Arcade , Big Foot Encounter, Mountain Coaster and rides on the strip. Favorite shops, Kringles, apple Tree Mall, Craft Mall(has good food, shopping, and gospel and country singing), Bransons Landing, Historic Downtown Branson, Bransons Outlets, and many many other small thrift and antique shops. Though these are our families favorite things to do and to go to, there are many many other things to do. Our family has now been to Branson countless times, and we still have yet to do absolutely everything that we would like to do. -Bransons busy seasons are May-end of July and Oct-end of Dec. If you have any questions about our home or Branson, please do not hesitate to reach out to us. ( we do still work and travel a fair amount. So if you cannot reach one of us, maintenance and cleaners numbers can be found inside of the condo. During Off season and on non holiday weeks, we offer very low rates starting out at $86.

My husband Arnie Pearce was born and raised in Louisiana. Arnie has been an entrepreneur since the age of 20, and now has several successful businesses . I (Tiffany Johnson Pearce) was born and raised in Missouri. I come from a professional creative background, which in return helps me to assist in our day to day business dealings.
We absolutely love to travel and to explore new places. Though we travel all over the world , we always seem to find ourselves making our way back to Branson MO. This is the reason we decided to buy our own personal property In Branson. The only problem with this is that we soon fell in love with the idea of hosting our own guests here. All of this led to us purchasing not just one unit but a total of 2 units in Branson, and 4 in Hot Springs Village.
We are now starting this new journey with VRBO and could not be more excited about it.

This property is located almost dead in the heart of the Branson strip and is just down the road from many craft malls, restaurants, shows, and even a mountain coaster.
