IMPORTANT: Our home is located in a quiet residential neighborhood and meant to be enjoyed by guests looking to rest, relax, and soak up the sun. Please note that as with all residential properties in Broward County, there is a noise ordinance in effect all hours of the day with strict quiet hours begin at 10pm.

*Minimum Age requirement to rent this property is 21 years old. **(Guests with reservations containing dates in the month of March MUST be 25 years of age or older to book, There are no exceptions)

🪪 Guests must submit an ID to us, just like a hotel, before they are granted access. There is no exception to this rule.

🗑️ Guests are responsible for adhering to proper garbage routines, including taking the trash out to the bins. We do have valet trash service that will take the bins out for guests.

📣 Applicable City Noise Ordinance is strictly enforce,d and parties are NOT permitted

🛋️ Furniture and amenities are in as-is condition and at the discretion of the property owner.

⛔️ There are SECURITY CAMERAS on the exterior patio area; these can not be turned off during guests' stay and are there to comply with the city for complaint issues.

✅ EARLY CHECK IN & LATE CHECK OUT are based on availability and can be requested 24-48 hours prior to arrival/ departure. There is a fee of $100 plus tax for each.

🅿️ PARKING:
There is a maximum of 4 cars that are allowed to be parked inside the driveway.

Guest Access:
Guests are renting a private home in its entirety and will have access to all amenities available. There are two locked closets inside the house that is off-limits to all guests.

If you are looking for a great location minute to all the local attractions this is it. Pompano Beach is a quaint oceanside town central to the best South Florida has to offer. Head north to Boca Raton and Palm Beach or South to world Famous South Beach where you can find everything you are looking for. Pompano Beach borders Fort Lauderdale and a short drive to the middle of the action. There are multiple airports in the surrounding area and shopping, dining, nightlife and most importantly the beach only a few blocks away!

All guests receive a detailed property manual via email prior to check-in at which point we ask for additional information to ensure their stay is an enjoyable one. We are available via text, call, or email during the hours of 9am-6pm and provide an emergency after-hours telephone number for your convenience.
