The Cocoonr Agency offers you this charming house in Saint-Philibert, less than a kilometre from the beach, with Wi-Fi, a surface area of 240 m² and capacity for up to 14 guests. It comprises a lovely 45 m² living room (with fireplace), a fully equipped kitchen, seven beautiful bedrooms, five bathrooms (with shower and bathtub) and a garden of approximately 1,300 m². Cleaning is included in the rental and 4* hotel-quality linen is provided (sheets, towels, tea towels), your bed will be made up on arrival.

The accommodation is laid out as follows:

- A fully equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.

- One bathroom with shower and bath

- Three bedrooms with two single beds
- Three bathrooms with bath (two of which are en suite)

Second floor
- Two bedrooms with two single beds
- An open space with two single beds serving the two bedrooms on this floor.
- A bathroom with bathtub
- A separate WC

For even more comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, cot, plancha grill, fan, ironing board and iron.

Outside:
- A beautiful 1,300 m² garden + terrace with furniture to enjoy sunny days

The house is ideally located in Saint-Philibert, in a very pleasant environment. You will be close to all essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, and more.

Transport:
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the garage and private car park of the house.

As for other modes of transport, here is some information that may be useful:
- Nearest station: Auray station 15 km away (25 mins by car)
