While certain external factors like mosquitoes are unfortunately out of our control—especially in warmer, humid climates—we do have regular lawn and landscaping services in place to help minimize such issues. We also have a dedicated pool maintenance team that services the pool frequently to ensure it’s clean and functioning. We want to clarify that we provide our personal phone number before check-in and let all guests know they can contact us directly with any concerns. We also have a 24-hour cleaning and maintenance team on standby. In fact, when you contacted us about the broken door handle, we addressed and repaired it the very next day. Had we been made aware of any other issues during your stay, we would have gladly sent someone to resolve them right away. We’re committed to giving our guests the best experience possible and take all concerns seriously to ensure continuous improvement.
