Big And Spacious 5-Bedroom With Outdoor Pool in Kunkletown near Blue Mountain

The house is very big and spacious and we have plenty of space outside as well.

It has 5 bedrooms and 3,5 bathrooms. It is beautifully and conveniently located on 2 acres of land close to major stores (Weiss, Shop Rite, Dollar General, Etc.), restaurants (we highly recommend Babuni's Table), shopping center, etc.

We have an outdoor pool 14' x 42" (for Summertime only: Memorial Day - Labor Day). NO LIFEGUARD ON DUTY, so you have to watch kids at all times!!!
Please ask owner for instructions (maintain pool during the stay)

POOL RULES:
Outdoor pool is a very nice feature especially in the Summer, but to enjoy it, it has to be maintained properly.
To enjoy nice and clean water please follow these rules:
1. Please rinse your feet before entering the pool with garden hose available under the deck. This will ensure clean water for longer time.
2. You can take out floaty with chlorine during the use of the pool, so it doesn’t obstruct you and doesn’t get broken, but make sure THE FLOATY IS PUT BACK INTO THE POOL WHEN YOU’RE NOT USING IT!!!!. Otherwise the water will turn green and we will have to replace the filter and add clarifying products which is expensive and you will be charged $75. In some cases the entire water needs to be replaced and that cost $300.
3. During longer stays (3 or more days) it’s good to take the filter out and rinse it with hose water to ensure proper functioning and then put back into place. If you’re not sure how, please ask owner for instructions before doing it.
4. Use of any kind of slime or other sticky substances is FORBIDDEN as this clogs up the filter and can burn the pump. The water must be replaced after such substances are used and guests would be charged $300.

The house also boasts big, spacious basement where we have Pool Table with PING PONG table insert on top, Air Hockey, Foosball Table, Roku 4K 65" TV.
The house is very big and has plenty of space inside, so even if the weather is bad, everyone can be comfortable inside the house. It sits on 2 acres yard, so plenty of space outside for outdoor activities and for kids to run around.
In the backyard patio we have outdoor furniture and gazebo (Spring, Summer, Autumn - we have to take it down for Winter), so even on a rainy day, you can be outside if needed and enjoy the fresh air:)

The house offers 5 bedrooms and 3,5 bathrooms.
4 bedrooms are located upstairs. First Bedroom (Master) with king size bed, Full Bed and a Crib and private bathroom with jetted tub and separate shower and separate toilet room. Second bedroom has Queen Bed and Full Bed. Third bedroom has Queen Bed and Bunk Bed and Fourth Bedroom has Queen Bed and 2 Twin mattresses in the closet if needed. Fifth Bedroom is located downstairs on the main floor with Queen Bed. On the left is huge Dining Room along with Family Room from which you go to big Kitchen and big and spacious Living Room with walk out to nice sized patio.

The house is fully equipped. It is supplied with all necessary tableware and cookware. Roku TV, internet, WiFi, TV. The house is equipped with noise control device (outside only) and alarm system which includes cameras on the outside perimeter of the house (each corner of the house and 1 additional by the front door) and smoke sensors and motion detectors inside the house (near doors only). Motion detectors stop working once guests disarm the alarm upon arrival. This is a protection against burglars as well as accidental fire.

The house is perfect for 4-5 families with kids or group of good friends.
