Pleasant home away from home

This house met our needs perfectly. As a family of six adults, a teenager, and an eleven year old, there was plenty of comfortable space. It was clean and pretty well stocked. The heated pool was fantastic! We would stay again.

we had a great time. The house and pool were clean and welcoming. Easy check in and easy check out. Would gladly recommend this house to anyone.

Great Time

The property was clean we had everything we needed. The pool was perfectly clear and warm. Very responsive property manager. Would definitely rent again. Only suggestion is a King size in the master.

Wonderful house

Everything about the house was great. But be prepared for horrible traffic getting to and from Orlando. PS: There was no laundry soap, 2 dishwasher pods, one roll of paper towels and only one roll of toilet paper in each bathroom. No salt or pepper. Walmart is very close which was very handy.

Convenient and Quiet

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay during the Christmas holidays. The location was not only convenient to family we were visiting in the area, but also not a bad drive to Disney and Universal. Check in was a breeze and the only thing to watch for when entering the neighborhood is the traffic cutting across to Walmart. Neighborhood was quiet and did not appear to be overrun with short term rentals. We've had that problem before when staying at Champions Gate. Julian, our host, was very helpful and quick to respond to any questions. House was just as it showed in the listing pictures. We weren't able to try out the pool because of an unusual cold spell, but it looked inviting. We would have appreciated a few more kitchen/ baking items to be furnished. However with Dollar Tree and Walmart so close we quickly found solutions to help us prepare our holiday meal. We would recommend this home for any family looking to visit the area.

Good location easy check-in

Pictures look good. Easy check-in. Clean house. Rooms had no curtains. Old mattress. It really needs new mattress. Beds were not comfortable in any room old squiky you can feel the metals springs. Sofas old and riped. No extra bed linens for sofa bed. Nice that it had enough towels. Masters room tv was not set up. Did not had antena. Carpets in rooms are beige so look dirty. Needs some wooden utensils for the nonstick pans. I feel we didnt really rested well in those olds beds.

Southern Dunes Holiday

The property was clean and comfortable. The area it was in was very pleasant and we had no problem accessing the site through the security. There also was easy access to a supermarket a 5 minute drive away. The only problem we had was hurricane Ian and lost power for 48 hours but the host rehomed us to another property which was very acceptable. we would like to thank Julian for his help during the holiday.

Better in pictures

The floors and carpets in the house were dirty , shower curtains had mold, there was one hand soap in the whole house. The safety gate for the pool was half broken and not so safe for our 2 year old. There are slim pickings for food in the neighborhood as well. Overall the property was just ok my family would not be staying here again

Great location

We enjoyed our stay at this property, great location convenient to everything that we were there for. Pool area relaxing and clean. The house is clean but lacks basic supplies. One roll of toilet paper and 1 roll of paper towels1 dishwasher pod etc. I have stayed at properties in other states that were fully stocked with the basic supplies. There wasn’t even salt and pepper in the house. It is hard when you rent for a short time and need to purchase basic cooking seasonings. The beds were not the most comfortable, one very hard mattress one that sunk in in the middle. A few extra pillows would also be nice. Bathrooms were adequate. We had issues with the cable, Julian very responsive and took care of it. Guide on how to use the tv could be helpful. Overall property and location were great. Would stay there again if the mattresses were replaced.
