Bed and Breakfast..more like Beds, Brews, and Food. This mid-century modern apartment is right in the heart of Downtown Enid above Enid Brewing Company & Eatery's - The Barrel Room. This is the perfect place for entertaining and long-term stays in Enid, Oklahoma. Fully furnished, wifi, large, open living/kitchen, all bedrooms have their own bathroom, and the master bedroom has an outdoor suspending patio. The wide-open windows allow natural light to shine through and the atmosphere will have you exploring the building from the moment you check in, to the moment you leave.

Property was conveniently located to every thing and cute shops to walk to. The property was definitely interesting but charming. Loved the look and is located above a business. Parking was easily available and plenty of items needed for our stay were provided. The place provided plenty of space for our stay. Definitely would stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay in Enid! There wasn’t really bedding for more than 7 people, but it was a great space for having other family over to enjoy a drink from the brewery (Great beer!!!).

Downtown Loft

This is a amazing space to use. It's downtown with great nice views east and west. We loved watching the sunrise each morning. We could not get over the full length of the block space. Great for entertaining guest. We all had lots of room. Interesting paintings and decorations kept us talking and discussing history and the future. Would definitely stay again.

Just OK and not as clean as I’d want

For the space and the number of beds/baths, and being in Enid, this place was ok for the price point. All the hard surfaces had some sort of a sticky film over them and there’s no way I would ever cook in the kitchen!! I did have to kill one cockroach but never saw any others. I typically stay at nice Marriot properties, so my standards might be a little different. I would not stay here again.

Family Trip

The property was beautiful and clean! The beds were comfy and everyone truly enjoyed the property. We booked for 12 people ranging in age as young as a year old, and there was not enough blankets for everyone sleeping on air mattresses. The property manager, and brewery staff were incredibly helpful with a couple of snags. We did not receive check in info until the following morning, but the brewery staff were able to make a call to get us in. We had no hot water the first morning, but it was rectified quickly and we had no other issues.

Spacious, well located venue for a larger number of people

The very large common areas, three bedrooms and three bathrooms were perfect for our gathering of cousins. 7 of us stayed there. We had plenty of room to include two more in our meals and to spread out as we worked on a family history project. The noise from the brewery and eatery below was not a problem. It died down at a reasonable hour and was not noticeable from the bedrooms. There is no elevator. This was not a problem for our group, but might be for others.

The unit was not clean. There were no basic supplies in the needed quantities, paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags …. There were no dish towels or linens for the kitchen. The beds had no blankets. The back bedroom fans make a terrible noise. Overall a food layout but not rentable with the current care.

Excellent Property and Host

Fantastic property in downtown Enid that will be our new "Enid home" for our trips there to see family. Our trip was originally scheduled for April, but the property host was incredibly great to work with when we had to move our trip to November due to health issues with a family member. Great communication, property, amenities, location and host!! 5-star experience in every way!

Unique and very spacious. Oven door was missing and many lights in main room were out. Fan in master bedroom was inopt. Trains in the vicinity came through in the night/early morning and were very noisy. Still a great place for family get together. Would definitely stay again (hopefully door gets put on oven).

Coolest place ever!!!!

We enjoyed every minute of our stay! Soooo much character and so many unique items to look at and discover. A ton of space. It was perfect for gathering extras friends together in the evenings and to be above the restaurant made it very convenient! The owner even helped reserve a table for our family on trivia night down in the Enid Brewing Company and Eatery. We had so much fun! Will definitely stay here again!
