Room was very clean. Nicely decorated and comfortable. Neighborhood is nice and quiet also which is what we were also looking for. I knew there wasn’t a tv, so I brought our laptop. Wi-Fi signal is strong. We would stay here again.

In-law space in St Cloud

This property is nicely appointed and they manage to get everything you need in the room. The host is very responsive and did what she could to make our stay pleasant. However that room is small, the shower is tiny, the toilet area is tight. We should know better than to rent a place with a full size bed as we never find it big enough (our bad). And the walls are THIN for both inside and outside. Since we were using this as a place to sleep while seeing relatives it was okay, but wouldn’t want to spend more than an hour or two in the room.

A month in St. Cloud FL.

Spent the month of March in this property. Had a blast. Room is small, but very livable. Again, spent 31 days here. Property owner was best. Karen was there if needed. Pointed us in the right direction for food, entertainment and took care of any needs we had. Great location for any activity. Airboat tour, golf (3 rounds) Orlando attractions, Melbourne Beach 45 miles. Gotta do Serpentarium, Crabby Bills. Neighborhood is very quiet. A great respite from the mayhem that is Florida at spring break🙂

short stay to see a soccer tourney at WWOS complex

Clean enough but since I take care of vacation cabins, I know what to look for older property with some remodeling, bath very small, hard to use the mirror because it just sat on the dresser & was not very tall; no sink in bath so all water use for bath & kitchen use had to be in one small sink-that was kind of odd. Do not like the fact I was forced to pay for a fee for an insurance policy in case of damage-not refundable

With a lifelong background in the hotel and hospitality industry, I truly value creating a clean, comfortable, and welcoming space for my guests. I even spent time as a charter bus driver, navigating weekend ski trips and casino adventures — an experience that gave me plenty of stories and an even deeper love for helping people enjoy their journeys.
At home, I love growing my own food and have turned my property into a tropical food farm. Depending on the season, you’ll find avocados, papayas, figs, mangos, starfruit, chocolate pudding fruit, eggfruit, and fresh vegetables. It’s a little slice of paradise, and I love sharing its beauty with others.
I’m also an animal lover with two sweet chihuahuas, and I enjoy pet sitting whenever I can. Cooking and baking are another passion of mine — I find joy in creating meals and treats that bring people together. Most of all, I cherish being a proud grandmother, which has taught me even more about patience, kindness, and enjoying life’s simple moments.
Life has taught me to find joy in every moment. After a health challenge in 2020, I discovered the teachings of Dr. Joe Dispenza and Dr. Mark Hyman, which inspired me to embrace meditation, spirituality, and the healing power of food. Today, I’m grateful to live fully, with a deep appreciation for people, nature, and the idea that we can create the life we want.

What I cherish most about my neighborhood is the peace and quiet — it truly feels like a retreat from the busyness of everyday life. The community has a warm, welcoming spirit, and one of my favorite things is how many neighbors decorate their lawns and homes for every holiday. From Valentine’s Day and the 4th of July to Halloween and Christmas, the streets light up with festive displays that make the area feel alive and joyful year-round.
My home is just seven blocks from our beautiful lakefront and marina, where you can enjoy a restaurant with a view, a two-mile walking path, a playground, and even a splash pad for kids. The lake is one of the neighborhood’s treasures — perfect for a morning walk, an evening stroll, or catching breathtaking sunsets every night. My property also has plenty of parking if you’d like to bring your boat and enjoy Lake Tohopekaliga to the fullest.
I’m also only ten blocks from our charming downtown, filled with great restaurants, local bars, and unique shopping. Just two miles away is downtown Kissimmee, which hosts outdoor festivals throughout the year along with even more shopping and dining. The location also makes it easy to explore Central Florida’s best attractions. In just 30–40 minutes, you can be at Disney World and experience all the magic it has to offer. The Atlantic Ocean is about an hour away, with Cocoa Beach and Melbourne providing the perfect spot for a day trip to the sand and surf. If you’d like to head west, Tampa is only about an hour and a half away. Whether you’re seeking theme parks, beaches, or vibrant city life, everything is close enough for a quick and memorable getaway.
