My home is just seven blocks from our beautiful lakefront and marina, where you can enjoy a restaurant with a view, a two-mile walking path, a playground, and even a splash pad for kids. The lake is one of the neighborhood’s treasures — perfect for a morning walk, an evening stroll, or catching breathtaking sunsets every night. My property also has plenty of parking if you’d like to bring your boat and enjoy Lake Tohopekaliga to the fullest.

The Atlantic Ocean is about an hour away, with Cocoa Beach and Melbourne providing the perfect spot for a day trip to the sand and surf. If you’d like to head west, Tampa is only about an hour and a half away. Whether you’re seeking theme parks, beaches, or vibrant city life, everything is close enough for a quick and memorable getaway.
