The space
Thank you for your interest in Cozy Bear! This home was an existing 5-star experience in The Hideout on N Fairway drive (Same road as Indoor sports complex, Clubhouse/restaurant and golf course) before being completely gutted and renovated with all new plumbing, electric and upgrades. This 4 bed 2 bath - 2,600 sq ft home has a huge wrap around deck on the upper level for easy access to the entire property. The game room on the main level has a marvel vs capcom cabinet (with online capabilities), a Ms. Pac Man cabinet and "Faster than Speed" Racing arcade cabinet; As well as a regulation sized air hockey table. The bunk bed room also has a 5th trundle bed under the right side bunk bed. Fully stocked kitchen with all stainless steel appliances and granite counter tops opens up to the dining area and living room. Master bedroom leads out to private backyard Florida room with recliner, opening up to the back deck with hammock and fire pit area. Our Gree* ductless AC/Heating system is customizable to your needs for each area of the home. Lower level bathroom shower has a multi-jet panel and wall mount towel holder.
