Our 7 bedroom, 6.5 bath, family home is located in the gated boutique community of Acadia Estates Court.

Just 9 minutes to theme parks.
This home directly looks at the new resort of Margaretaville from the pool deck and you must watch the fireworks at Disney from the pool in the evening.

Enjoy the Bedrooms. You can choose among:

- 4 x King size bedrooms

- 1 x Queen size bedrooms

- 2 x Twin bedrooms (themed).

The villa has luxury facilities and equipment thoughout to attend to our guests every need. There is an internet ready PC for your convenience and complementary wifi throughout the house.

All seven bedrooms have their own flat screen smart TVs .

Five of the bedrooms have their own en suite bathroom, whilst the remaining two share a 'Jack and Jill' style walk through bathroom - perfect for families with younger children as this means they do not need to go out on to the landing to get to their parents' suite.

There is a fully equipped games room including pool table.

Our 42' x 30' screened-in deck area houses one of the largest pools in the development, and also houses a hot tub spa, cascading into the main pool. There is also a half bathroom on the pool deck, and an outdoor shower.

Speakers surround the pool area allowing you to enjoy the custom entertainment system while basking in the sun. There is a shaded dining area within the screen enclosure as well as a large gas barbecue for alfresco dining. There is a moveable child safety screen in the pool area. With Disney's parks being less than 10 minutes away (you can see the fireworks from our deck), you can even come back to the villa for an afternoon siesta then return for the evening shows. The home also has a games room in the garage ( No AC in games room )

There is a new washing machine and table dryer in the laundry room, with beach towels and bathroom tow1.5els provided for your use.

Convenient location

Great location for all of Orlando's parks and a very convenient location. Could use a really good cleaning and maybe supply more things like toilet paper, paper towels, and trash bags. We had to buy all that when we got there because there was only one of everything. Other then that Communication was great and the check in progress was easy.

Great property

Great location with plenty of room to spread out. Kids loved watching the fireworks from the pool each night. Thete wasn't a grill at the house. Both recycling and regular garbage bins were stuffed full when we arrived so where to put garbage was really our only issue. House needs a good cleaning rather than a quick run thru between guests because floors had clearly not been swept or mopped and the pool area did not get cleaned before we checked in. The outdoor restroom was dirty and their were leftover decorations and pool toys. Rule book for home stated lots of procedures/ processes to follow to avoid extra fines. The box fans in the house were all broken so it did get stuffy at times trying to abide by the homeowners temperature request.

Convenient location

The property was in a great gated community and was plenty big for our family of 11. We were not thrilled with the cleanliness of the house. The pool was nice with the hot tub. My issue with this was that we had paid for a heated pool for the week and the water was very cold. I contacted management and they told me it was due to the cold weather. The pool guy showed up on Tuesday to do his routine chemical check and told us the heater was not on. Management did refund the money for the days we were unable to use but we were there for 6 nights and were only able to use two days. When we arrived the outside trash cans were completely full with nowhere to put trash. Management said they would send someone to take care of it but it never happened. In turn we had to leave our trash for the next guests. When you spend a large amount on a rental you would expect the convenience of toilet paper. Not a huge deal but had we known we would have come more prepared. We have rented multiple vacation properties and this has never been an issue. The property does say it has a grill. The grill was not in useable condition with lots of rust. We did go buy a small gas grill to take care of our grilling needs. I will end with the myriad of potential fines that are stated throughout the welcome package when you arrive. I understand that the management company is trying to protect theirs and the owners property, but all of this should be stated up front before booking. As I said the property was a perfect size and location but we will not rent from this company again.

A little dated and needs updating but spacious

Property is about 25 minutes for WDW, it is dated and needs updating. It is also roomy and laid out well with a cool game room in the garage and gated. For the price its what one should expect.

Highly Recommend

We loved that each of us (co-workers traveling for a conference) not only had our own rooms but our own bathroom. Not only was the cost per night the same as per person at a hotel - the location was perfect and the gated community added to the feeling of safety. Carpet could be replaced and that is the only reason I did not give it a 4 for cleanliness. It is worn and stained.
