The Space:
Secluded and quiet. Great place to see the stars, wake up to crickets and birds chirping, and occasionally see a family of deer, a fox, or a raccoon heading toward the lake. Centrally located just minutes away from all the Hottest Area attractions, but far enough off the road to be surrounded by nature.

- You will have the whole property for your use while you are there!
- The cabin is in the woods. You will likely see and hear critters.
- There are cameras in place for your protection. If you touch or tamper with the cameras you will be asked to leave the property immediately. This is for your protection!

The Neighborhood:
The property boasts excellent road conditions with no steep or challenging roads to navigate. The roads leading to our location are well-maintained, making for a smooth and comfortable drive.

The location is conveniently situated just ¼ mile from Highway 259, making it easily accessible and providing a straightforward route to nearby attractions. Guests will have the convenience of being close to the main roads while still enjoying the privacy of a secluded retreat.

- NO drugs
- NO smoking
- Must be 25 years or older to book
- Max occupancy is 10 (including children)
- NO PETS (we love them too, but unfortunately they'll have to stay at home. If you sneak in a pet of any kind you will be charged an additional $200 and you will be asked to leave the premises)


- QUIET HOURS are 10:00 PM - 8:00 AM
- CHECK IN is at 4:00 PM
- CHECK OUT is at 10:00 AM


| THE RED TAPE |
- Bears are dangerous
- Linens are provided, Sheets, pillowcases, comforters (NOT Blankets)
- You will likely see and hear critters. Please keep windows and doors closed at all times.
- NO REFUNDS for weather/natural disasters/power outages/acts of god/other things that are beyond our control.
- We provide a starter set of towels. There will be at least 1 towel per person on the reservation. You are welcome to bring additional towels with you also.
- We provide a start of toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, paper towels, shampoo, conditioner, soap, coffee and laundry detergent. For longer stays you will need to buy more!

Interaction with Guests:
We give our guests space - but we are available whenever you need us. We are available Monday - Saturday 9am-9pm via Airbnb Messenger. Your privacy and comfort is our highest priority! All check-in and check-out is remotely!
