Location of the villa
This wooden villa with atypical charm is offered by Antilles Exception. It is located on the beach of Pointe Faula, the most famous kite surfing and windsurfing spot in Martinique. Close to the village (1km), its small shops and its new shopping center, the villa is accessible via a 400m stretch of metalled road (4x4 not obligatory) which overlooks the ocean. You will appreciate the practical side of the small restaurants and caravans located just behind the villa.

Accommodation
Built on one level, the villa includes:
-1 first cozy terrace, in the shade, with 4-seater lounge and a very useful mister on hot days
-1 equipped kitchen with serving hatch, open to the living room
-1 comfortable indoor living room with large television, equipped with an air fan for the day, and an additional air conditioner for pleasant evenings
-1 air-conditioned bedroom with double bed and television
-1 air-conditioned bedroom with Queen Size bed (160x200)
-1 additional bed is located on the mezzanine (also air-conditioned), and can accommodate 2 people; it is accessible via a ladder and is therefore reserved for adult adventurers; note that this bed has a low ceiling
-1 bathroom with walk-in shower and toilet
-1 second sheltered terrace which overlooks the beach side, and which you can adjust thanks to the numerous bay windows; there is 1 table and 1 lounge for 4 people as well as a hammock
-1 above ground swimming pool 5mx3m accessible via a few steps from the second terrace and overlooking the beach side garden
-1 completely private outdoor shower, very practical when returning from the beach and to cool off during the day
-The Internet is provided via the Starlink network, allowing you to benefit from very high speeds for your teleworking and digital leisure sessions.
Charming aquariums and a fish pond bring an exotic touch to this pretty villa. Due to the pool, the villa cannot accommodate children under 6 years old.
From the terrace you can admire the magnificent sunrises over the sea as well as the ballet of colorful sails sailing on the water. Two sailing schools and rental of water sports equipment (kayaks, windsurfing boards, kitesurfing) are located 300m from the villa.

The villa is located on a large plot of land with 2 accommodations: the villa on one side and a bungalow occupied by the owners on the other. The swimming pool is integrated into the villa and therefore exclusively reserved for the occupants of the latter. The access path from the gate, common to the 2 accommodations, passes in front of the villa then leads to the bungalow located on the side of the fence; the same goes for access to the gate leading to the sea.
The beach is just behind the villa fence. A turn of the keys in the gate, a few steps, and you are at the seaside!
