Discover this amazing four bedroom, three bath spacious home with many updates located on a quiet dead end street and minutes walk to the beach. This non-smoking home has central A/C, Wi-Fi, gorgeous hardwood floors, ceiling fans throughout the house, lots of natural light, and accommodations for 8 guests all on one level. The sunroom gives marsh views across the street and you can smell the ocean with the windows open. The large sunken master bedroom offers a KING size bed, double mirrored closets, and flat screen wall mounted TV. There is a full bath with tub/shower directly across the room. The second bedroom has a KING size bed, third bedroom has a QUEEN size bed and fourth bedroom has a bunk bed with 2 FULL size bunks! These are all adjacent to a full bathroom with tub/shower. BONUS game room in the lower level with a Ping Pong table, Foosball, TV sitting area, laundry area and a bathroom with walk-in shower!! BBQ your meals on the spacious rear sundeck with a gas grill and plenty of space for backyard games! There is also a front brick patio where you can lounge in Adirondack chairs and breathe the ocean air! Beach pass is included for summer rentals only! Please bring your own bedding and towels, which are not included during the stay!

Kristie's home was as described. Very spacious and clean. The kitchen was stocked with the essenials of cooking, if needed. Located in a quiet neighborhood. Her response time was quick. She was very informative on suggestions for activities, beaches and restaurants. We loved seeing the wild turkeys. We caught a glimpse of an otter in a driveway. We would highly recommend this property. A home away from home.

This home was perfect for our family - plenty of room to spread out, comfortable spaces, and an easy walk to Main Street or the beach. We especially appreciated the beach parking pass so we could visit different beaches, the ping pong table, the variety of puzzles and games, and the tvs with included live programming plus streaming channels. Kristie was very easy to communicate with. We highly recommend this home.

Great week in Hyannis! House was lovely- very clean and great layout with all the rooms on one floor. Pretty yard with some shade. Close to town and beaches, and having the beach pass included was a plus! Beach chairs and toys were nice so we did not have to bring with us. Kitchen well stocked and gas grill was convenient. Basement with ping pong, foosball and plenty of board games good for the rainy days. Would definitely book this house again.Just a note because it does not come up until check out- there is a 119 damage protection fee you either have to pay, or put a 5,000 deposit where refunds are at the discretion of the property and not guaranteed.

The furniture on the outside Deck was too dirty to use. We could not sit outside., the air conditioner quit working the second day we were there and they were unable to have it repaired before we checked out so we had 4 nights without AC. The house itself was a great location, very clean and comfortable for our group.

Quiet Cape Cod home

We enjoyed our 4 night stay here in Hyannis. The house was clean with a well stocked kitchen and comfortable beds. The basement playroom was very chilly but we had fun playing ping pong and foosball. Loved all the board games and puzzles too. The location was perfect for visiting the beach and local restaurants. The yard was beautiful with abundant spring blossoms. We would stay again!

Great location

We had a great stay at this property. Location could not have been better. It is on a quiet road walking distance to Main Street and Keyes Beach. Keyes beach was perfect for little kids, especially during low tide. It’s rocky though so bring water shoes! The house was clean and well stocked. I only wish it had an outdoor shower.

Great home to rent

We really enjoyed our stay at this lovely house. Spacious, clean, and very quiet! Walking distance to the beach and town. The owners were kind enough to provide a beach pass which was a plus (parking is $25/day) so we took advantage of the beaches (several to choose from) on a daily basis. Communication prior to our trip was responded to immediately. We will definitely book this home again when returning to the Cape!!!!

Off Season Weekend

We came up to Hyannis to attend a family member's participation in a hockey tournament nearby. The house was wonderful and conveniently situated. We took walks to the beach and around town and spent quality time together at the house between tournament games. All-in-all, a great weekend!

Great place

We had a wonderfull time at Kristiés house. The house is very well equiped, confortable and very clean. We were a group of 6 and everyone had is quiet corner ! Walking distance to a smal beac and close to other one in the area. Kristiés is very easy to reach and very helpfull when needed. We surely be back on day !

Nice house

Clean and more spacious than the pics show. Only complaint was I brought twin sheets and the bunks are full size bunks. Great that they are full but I think listing says they are twin.

My husband, his parents and myself stayed at the property, using it as a base for daily trips to local communities throughout Cape Cod.The property was spotless, well maintained, very quiet and allowed us the space we needed as we planned for outings and to relax in when we returned after. The instructions from the host were very good and the few questions I had were responded to quickly when I sent messages. I’d recommend this property for anyone looking for a spacious accommodation which is well appointed for children (though there were none in our party). The pics online are 100% accurate and reflect the property as we enjoyed it. Thanks to our host!
