*****NOTICE: Ocean Place will begin the final phase of an exterior renovation project on March 16, 2026. Any exterior construction directly impacting this unit's building will be minor (painting, caulking, cosmetic touch-ups) and will be completed by May 2026. Construction on other areas of the Ocean Place property is anticipated to continue through September 2026. Both pools at Ocean Place will be temporarily tarped/closed starting March 16, 2026, but will be re-open for the summer season (on or before the middle of May). Rates have been discounted to reflect this.

Nestled in the dunes on the south end of Amelia Island, Ocean Place 69 is right next door to The Ritz-Carlton Amelia Island. Stroll down the beach or to the dedicated walkway to The Ritz-Carlton and enjoy their world-class dining, drinks, shops and spa.

The primary bedroom boasts spectacular ocean views, balcony access, new Tempur-Pedic king bed, and brand new luxury bath.

A roomy second bedroom is furnished with new Serta iComfort cooling mattresses for king or dual twin bed configuration and has a brand new en-suite luxury bath.

There are flat screen Smart TVs in the living and bedrooms with AT&T U-verse.

Beautiful Property

We have been coming to Amelia Island for over 20 years and have stayed in many properties at Ocean Place, and this one was truly outstanding!! This condo has obviously been recently updated with beautiful furnishings and kitchen and baths. The rental agency was fantastic and provided timely and complete information for an easy check in and check out. We look forward to our trip next year.

Love Amelia

Property was exactly as described. Beautiful views, updated condo excellent amenities. Access to the Ritz. Carlton was a short walk. Only complaint I would have was the pools are unheated. Love to spend the time in the pool but extremely cold. Was disappointing for a High end facility like this. The pool should be heated.

Just what we wanted

Ocean Place 69 is perfection, the photos you view are accurate representation. The property is located next to The Ritz-Carlton resort there is direct access via a sidewalk. The views from this condo unit are divine, the unit faces the Atlantic Ocean so of course you have the pleasure of the inspiring morning sunrise. The beds are very comfortable, sheets and towels provided and the bathrooms are stunning. Kitchen is fully stocked but you will want to purchase bottled water, the only other recommendation is an ironing board (iron provided) we never reached out to request so perhaps this was in the unit and we missed it. You won’t regret booking this reservation. Pure bliss and communication with host was very prompt and very kind. Thank you
