Welcome to our stylish and spacious 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom house in the beautiful UK countryside.

This newly built home offers the perfect blend of comfort and convenience, ideal for families, couples, or business travelers looking for a peaceful escape. Located in a quiet and charming neighborhood, our home is just a short drive from Windsor, Ascot and Legoland.

2 Adult Bedrooms: Each room is tastefully decorated with cozy beds, fresh linens, and ample storage space. One room has a queen size bed ,the other has a king size.



1 Kids Bedroom: This unique kids rooms is a children's paradise featuring 2 full size single beds and plenty of spaces designed for kids.



Bathrooms: Enjoy the privacy and convenience of en-suite bathrooms in each room, complete with toiletries and towels. A additional guest toillet is available in the dinning area.



Fully Equipped Kitchen: Cook up a storm in our modern kitchen with all the essentials, including a dishwasher, microwave, and coffee maker.



Dinning: You can enjoy your meals at the dinning room table located in the kitchen open space , or on the adjacent table. Both tables sit 6 people.



Living room: Relax in the separated living room, featuring a large sofa and a flat-screen TV.



Private Garden: Step outside to the lovely private garden, ideal for morning coffee or evening relaxation. An electric barbeque is available as well as a kids hut making the space more enjoyable for children.



Free Parking: A dedicated parking spot is available in the driveway and is equipped with an electric car charging outlet.



The house is extremely close to key tourist attractions in the area :

-Windsor Castle (10 miles)

-Legoland Windsor Resort (8 miles)

-Ascot Racecourse (5 miles)

-The Look Out Discovery Centre (4 miles)

-Coral Reef Waterworld (4 miles)



There is a direct train line to London Waterloo from the Bracknell Station (2 miles away from the house)



Guest Access:

CHECK-IN

We have a Check-In process similar to the hotels, everything happens on-line, as we have no physical reception. After reservation, you'll receive an email from our system called "check-in", where you'll have to upload the IDs and provide a credit card. The credit card will be swiped for 1000 eur deposit (not charged to your card, only used for guarantee purposes).



PARKING

Parking available on drive way.



Other Things to Note:

✹ GENERAL: Guests can enjoy full access to the entire property.

✹ CHECK-IN: Please note that on-line check-in is required before arrival at the property. In compliance with current law, all guests are required to provide a valid government-issued ID at the time of reservation.

One week before arrival, you will receive an email from our system called “Check-in”. You must use this link to:

- Upload the IDs of all guests.

- Complete the mandatory €1,000 security deposit.

Please note that your entry codes will only be released once both steps have been completed. If the check-in process is not finalized and the deposit is not paid in full, we reserve the right to cancel your reservation without refund.

These measures are legally required and strictly enforced to ensure compliance and security.

✹ EARLY CHECK-IN / LATE CHECK-OUT

Early check-in and late check-out options can be provided, subject to availability in our reservations calendar. Please inform us your desired arrival/ departure time and we will do our best to accommodate your request. Additional fees may apply.

✹ LUGGAGE DROP OFF: You can drop off your luggage while the cleaning team is cleaning the apartment. After your stay, we’ll be able to store your luggage until the cleaning finished.

✹ STAYS LONGER THAN 1 WEEK

For stays longer than one week, a mid-stay cleaning is required to ensure your comfort. This service includes fresh linens and towels, and will be arranged and charged separately through the Resolution Center.

✹ MAXIMUM NUMBER OF GUESTS

Please note that the maximum occupancy for our property (6) includes all guests, regardless of age, including infants. This policy ensures the comfort and safety of everyone during their stay, as well as compliance with local regulations.

✹ TOWELS AND LINENS: Each bed comes with fresh linens, and every guest receives one large and one small bath towel. If you would like extra linens or towels, we can provide them upon request for a small additional fee. For your comfort, the apartment is equipped with one large blanket for the double bed and one small blanket for the single bed. We don’t keep extra blankets on-site, and we thank you for your understanding.

✹ PARKING INFORMATION: Two cars can be parked in the driveway, one behind the other.
