The sleeping area consists of 4 master suites (each with private terrace) and 3 double bedrooms.

The villa is divided into 3 levels + half levels serving some bedrooms.

1st level:
- large master suite (180X200cm bed) with dressing room, bathroom with shower and bathtub (boat cabin style), separate toilet and terrace with full sea view, access to a patio.

- 1 double bedroom (160X200 cm bed) with access to the patio

- master suite (160X200 cm bed) with private terrace with sea and garden view, large travertine bathroom (shower), separate toilet

2nd level:
- large master suite (160X200 cm bed + 1 small extra bed 70X190cm) with separate toilet, bathroom (shower) and large terrace.

The 3rd level is located in a part a little further away from the villa, which allows their occupants to be a little more isolated.
It consists of a suite (180X200 cm bed) with private bathroom (shower) with a large terrace overlooking the "pétanque" square.
2 bedrooms complete this level (1 bed of 160X200 cm and 1 other of 140X190 cm).

A smal kitchen area is also available in this area with microwave, fridge, coffee machine.

Please note that there are several steps both inside and outside.

Parking:
- Two spaces are available within the property (one of which is in a secure garage).
- You can also easily park near the gate outside if necessary (for two to three vehicles).

Access to the city center and its beaches is accessible on foot in 20 minutes on the way there and 30 minutes on the way back (it goes up a little in the 2nd part of the journey).

An alternative is to park in the free public car park located at the bottom of our main street (you can get there in 2 minutes by car), then walk to the city center along the sea in 10 minutes.

Leisure activities: a shaded pétanque court allows you to play under the plane trees.
Ping-pong table, board games.

The free-form, alarmed saltwater pool measures approximately 10 x 5 meters (for the furthest distances).
Children who cannot swim must be supervised by their parents. In this case, the use of a pool alarm is highly recommended.
A second alarm system with children's bracelets is available, very easy to use.
