Spring Break | Hot Tub + Farm Stay

Hummingbird Haus is our guest home in the heart of the hill country on 20 acres of private land with beautiful views. Enjoy the front yard with a fire pit and benches, and lovely view.

We are 5 minutes to kayaking/tubing the Guadalupe, and 25 minutes to New Branufels or Boerne. 8 minutes to downtown Bulverde. The wine country in Fredericksburg is 45 minutes away, as is downtown San Antonio. 5 minutes to many restaurants, Wal Mart and H‑E‑B Grocery.

Beautiful view from the front porch, high ceilings let in tons of natural light. Full kitchen with butcher block countertops. A large L shaped sofa in the living area. California King Tempurpedic bed in the bedroom! Full bathroom. This is the perfect getaway for a small family!

Lockbox on door

We live next door (75 feet away), but you`ll have plenty of space to yourself.

Pet fee is $100 flat. You assume responsibility for your pets while here.

We utilize a rainwater system. It tastes amazing. Please help us conserve.

Please bring fire starter & firewood for the fire pit and charcoal if you use the grill.
Remember the owners live on the property. Early check in/late check out if available for a fee.

There is a flat $100 pet fee. Max 2 pets.

If you use it, take care of it. If you break it, fix it. If you make a mess, clean it up. If you move it, put it back.

We have a separate venue for events on the property and require a separate contract/payment. Starting at $100/hr minimum 4 hours.

Please ensure you understand the following about the hot tub:
1. If hot tub cover is left off (overnight or for an extended period) the temperature drops dramatically. If hot tub cannot reach 104 by the time the next guest checks in you will be charged a $250 fine.
2. No glass/food/lotions in the hot tub.
3. Add 1 scoop of chemicals after use.
