Secluded yet easy walk to casino

Sorry I missed getting that coffee pot cleaned. I clean my own units and that's my mistake. Based on the time of year, I'd say a field mouse made its way inside the cabin. I'm hesitant to use poisons since that cabin is pet friendly. I do appreciate your review bring it to my attention.

Soniqua, we had an area wide electric outage the morning you checked out. When we lose electric we lose water , we are on a well with an electric pump. Im so sorry that when this occured you thought i had turned it off. You left the cabin very tidy, however, because you left while the water and electric were off and because you left the shower valve on and the curtain open the bathroom was flooded when i arrived to clean. As i said. Im sure this was an accident. You mentioned how close to the casino our property is ,so perhaps you can understand how hard it is to be sure, people on the property, belong on the property. We do have alot bees in the smokies and i am a minimalist on spray , pestisides and round up are killing our honeybee population . When you complained about the bees. I came over and sprayed that afternoon.Your t.v. was definitely unplugged when i arrived to clean. I plugged it in, and turned it on with the remote. Sorry your week was uncomfortable.

So sorry you had a bad experience in our 1800' s cabin rental. I left fans on because I knew you were a late afternoon arrival and we were having a very cool day., as opposed to the a.c. It's been well over 35 years since any wood was burned in our chimney. But for many years was the only source of heat. Thanks for letting me know about the mouse, I will address it immediately. When our Temps. Cool they want to come inside. We are surrounded by woods and the great smoky Mts. National Park.

Hate we had such a misunderstanding, but more, that you were unsatisfied with our rental. The property was inspected immediately and NO bugs or thier sign was found. Our cabin is listed as an 1800's log cabin and that's what it is. It is old and we work hard to keep it clean and in good repair. It's located 2 miles from the entrance to the Smokies national park and easy walk to casino. Our photos are actual and our written description lists it as small. Perhaps your expectations were bigger than our "2 room shack"
