The house is ideally located in Arcachon, in a very pleasant environment. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.

The house is ideally located in Arcachon. All the shops, restaurants and amenities are within easy walking distance, as are the bicycle hire companies for exploring the Arcachon basin and the Dune du Pyla via the cycle paths. The pier for boat trips to Ile aux Oiseaux and Cap Ferret is also nearby, at the Thiers jetty.

Activities :
It's hard to choose between the multitude of activities on offer in the Bay of Arcachon!
Ideally located, you can explore the charming Ville d'Hiver district, with its maze of narrow streets leading to sumptuous 19th-century villas.
At lunchtime, let yourself be tempted by an oyster tasting in one of the Bassin's oyster-farming harbours, preferring the port of La Teste or Gujan, or at the market 2 minutes away (bring a container if you want them to open your oysters, and don't go too late for this request!), then set off to conquer the majestic Dune du Pyla and revel in all the beauty of the Bay of Arcachon!
If you fancy taking to the open sea, there are regular boat shuttles from the Thiers jetty to Cap Ferret, Ile aux oiseaux and the famous cabanes tchanquées!
The Banc d'Arguin, transparent water, paradise on earth!
A trip down the Leyre to the ornithological park at Le Teich, where you can choose to be accompanied by a guide or take your kayak out on your own - sublime!
