This freshly renovated 2-bed, 2-bath, 1200sqft mountainside condo offers a serene summer escape. Enjoy modern comforts, scenic views, and tranquility. Conveniently located just a 15-minute drive from North Conway shops, it's the perfect balance of convenience and relaxation.

Please remember that there are other renters/guests next door, so we request to please be mindful of making loud sounds/noises, especially during our quiet hours.

Other Things to Note:
• Please remember that you're staying in a condo unit, not a hotel. Please treat the space with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on site 24/7.
• There are bunk beds that have weight limits
• 8 guest max = 6 adults and 2 children (bunk bed)
• Please note that there's a staircase leading down to the property from the parking lot.
• We only have 1 parking spot at the property and the overflow parking for additional cars is NOT available. A 4-wheel drive vehicle is recommended during the winter months.
• A parking pass is available inside the unit upon check-in. Please be sure to hang your permit on the rearview mirror of your car and return it on the day of your check-out otherwise there's a $50 fee to replace it.

Please respect our property. Please note the following house rule violations will result in fines:
• Smoking $1500
• Pets $500
• Parties or events $1500
• Unapproved late check out $250
• Extra Person beyond the number of guests reserved is subject to $25 per person per night
• Damages - subject to the cost of the item for repair or replacement

***Note: Rental Property Agreement is required to be signed up with a valid government issued I.D after reservation has been confirmed. Failure to comply will result to the cancellation of reservation without refund.
