The Master Bedroom has a king bed with master bed and the second bedroom has a queen bed. The study also has a sofa bed for those extra guests the may come to visit. This top floor unit has decorator touches throughout and facing west, the condo exudes a fabulous sunset. Inside boasts stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, crown molding, 20" porcelain tile, blinds, ceiling fans, no-see-um screens and tiled Lanai. Bonita National is home to the following resort style amenities: golf, aqua range, putting green, Pro Shop, gym, spa, zero entry pool w/waterfall, lap pool, fitness center, spa, 8 Har-Tru Tennis Courts, 3 dining venues, amazing club house facilities and so much more. Cleaning fees are consolidated by site and include check-out cleaning, Contents Insurance (in lieu of security deposit) and Club Social Membership. Additional fees are optional and can be added to reservation for the transfer of golf club membership for $475. You may contact us and elect to have a golf transfer membership included with your stay. Finally, there is a 30 day minimum stay with an application approval process that take a minimum of 20 days to get an approval.
