Everything you could need is within walking distance, especially the beach!!! Just a couple streets away guests can visit Dead Freddies, Bad Monkey, Alley Oops, and much more! For additional parking guests can park curbside up and down Ocean City, or in the 24/7 pay to park municipal lot on 100th street! The OC Bus always provides easy transportation up and down the entire Ocean City coastline as well!

If we are able to secure a reservation at a lesser rate you will be entitled to a refund less the $150 cancellation fee and the difference in reservation amounts. If we are unable to re-rent the unit you will forfeit the full rental amount.

This is a non-smoking unit. OC Beachfront Rentals charges a $500 fine for smoking in the unit. Guest may smoke on balconies or in designated areas.

Great location and Incredible View

This met allour needs. Plenty of space for the whole family, awesome/new appliances. We enjoyed eating breakfast on the balcony watching the ocean. We've been coming to Ocean City for years and were staying in the condo high rises up in the 100 streets. We grew frustrated fighting for good beach space. You basically had to put you tent out at 7AM. Plenty of beach space in front of this place!

Has potential

The view and location is great. However, there were a number of factors that made our stay uncomfortable. The furniture is old and dingy. The table top wobbled, the blinds in the master bedroom were broken (would not rotate shut), and the screen door was in disrepair. Every foot of carpet was badly stained. The outdoor faucet was shut off for several days. The tub was slow to drain, most likely due to sand build up from the previous tenants without access to outdoor water. There was maintenance being done to the building all week, which wasn’t communicated to us by the property manager. This includes power washing our balcony and entryway, shutting off water for several hours, painting the trim of the walk-up, and testing of fire alarms. There were also ants in the unit. With some new furniture, flooring, and proper maintenance & communication, this place could be great.

Great location but needs some TLC

Communication with our rental team was easy, timely and accurate. Check-in was a breeze with codes promptly given for entry. The unit is layed out similarly to most beachfront units with master bedroom to the rear and other rooms closer to the front. The kitchen and family area are the most used areas of any redidence, no exception here. The area rugs displayed multiple stains. The sofas also displayed worn fabric with stains. These two detractors can be easily fixed. The kitchen was reasonably stocked with common items. The blender was a bit dirty and ultimately determined to be missing a part. The view from the porch is great. We planned on spending some time out there but foul weather impeded our plans for 3 days. Overall, the location is good, the unit is functional for a family and we would consider renting again. I would hope that the couple things mentioned will be corrected which would really enhance enjoyment of staying at the unit. As an owner of a vacation home, I understand the perils of having nice things in a rental home. People do not respect your things and sometimes things get abused and damaged. But certain items need replaced from time to time. Replace the sofas and rugs as necessary or have them cleaned. We look

A view that is “Out of this world”!

This midtown condo was wonderful for my family! We thoroughly enjoyed the “cozy” furniture inside and outside! Our absolute favorite part of this condo was the balcony!! We spent all of our time enjoying the view! The condo was very clean and provided a lot of essentials! The owner was very diligent in replying to all emails and texts. My family is already “chatting” about returning next year!

Perfect get away

On the third floor and able to see right over the same dunes the view is just fantastic, you stand on that deck and have the most perfect view of the ocean and sunrise. The property is beautiful and well stocked, with many of your needs. The beach is feet away and my family and I spent much time walking on it. I walked to Dead Freddie's bar and back because of the safe distance from this location among others

Phenomenal Property, Wonderful Manager

I cannot recommend this property highly enough. The pictures are entirely accurate - it is a great property. First things first, the view is absolutely spectacular! Plus, the beds are comfy, the bathrooms new and renovated, and property clean and up to date. Linens and towels provided if wanted is a big help. Check in was smooth and contact free, all information provided up front with clear instructions. Location is perfect, even in off season. House is in the middle of OC, an easy drive to Fenwick/Bethany/Dewey/Rehobeth one direction and OC boardwalk in the other direction. Most importantly, the owner here is AMAZING. Superb communication, from minute I booked through our whole stay. When we had a problem with the garbage disposal (due to a previous renter), it was fixed within 3 hours. When we alerted him that a previous renter must have taken the blowdryer, he had a brand new one dropped off within hours. Simply amazing service. We will definitely go back. Thanks for a perfect stay!

Most Spectacular Place!!!

My girlfriend and I have been visiting Ocean City for years and this has to be the greatest unit we have ever stayed in! The top floor balcony view of the ocean was BEAUTIFUL. The location is perfect and just steps from the beach! The unit was super clean and cozy. Our host was very responsive and helpful when answering all our questions! Was definitely worth the money. Thank you Bob and Sam for a wonderful vacation, we will be back!

I'm Bob. I am married with my beautiful wife Teresa and have two kids Blake 12 and Brooke 10. I grew up in Northern VA  and went to Ocean City, MD every summer. We loved it. I own a company that specializes in entertainment and hospitality. I enjoy coaching my son's flag football team, watching my daughter dance, surfing and playing tennis. I also love just a nice day at the beach with family and friends.
I started using VRBO a few years ago as a guest when we traveled to Hawaii, Miami and even Ocean City. Through these travels, I've been fortunate to learn what a good VRBO experience (and host) looks like. A great home, with a friendly host, in an awesome location, and the ability to do the things you love! I try to ensure that each and every guest that I host walks away with all of that and hopefully more!
