Access to the villa is through a charming walk beyond the jasmine hedge, among cacti, olive trees, and century-old amphorae, with sea views stretching from the Château to the Promenade des Anglais, all the way to Cap d’Antibes.

On the ground floor, you’ll find a spacious cathedral-style living room with exposed beams, filled with natural light and a sea view. It features a designer Italian sofa, early 1900s vases and handicrafts, a dining area, a fireplace for the winter season, and a fully equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, dishwasher) with all necessary utensils and accessories.

Through a crafted Italian wooden and glass door, you enter the sleeping area: a master suite with a king-size bed (160200cm) and an en-suite bathroom with a shower; a bedroom with a French queen-size bed (140200cm); and a large bathroom with bathtub, shower, and double sink.

Upstairs, the mezzanine is accessed via an artistic wooden staircase and features a third bedroom with a king-size bed (160*200cm) and its own private balcony, where the view opens freely to the South, overlooking the Mediterranean.

Beyond the living room and on both sides of the house: the terrace, overlooking the sea and the pool, awaits you with its blue and white Sicilian ceramic lava stone table – perfect for social gatherings. And if you're in the mood for a Mediterranean meal of grilled meats or fish, a brick barbecue is just a few steps away, next to the olive tree.

Below the terrace, down a small path shaded by plants, the pool awaits for your relaxing moments. Unwind on our loungers, whether in the sun or under the shade of the century-old maple tree – or directly in the water. There’s also an outdoor shower and a small room with a mini-fridge for your drinks at arm’s reach.
