1896 restauriert viktorianischen befindet sich nur wenige Schritte zu einem schönen Bay Beach. Village Restaurants, Geschäfte, NYC Hampton Jitney Express Bus und Shelter Island Fähre sind alle innerhalb eines kurzen Spaziergangs. Frische Bauernhöfe, Weinberge, Hügel und Felder umgeben diesen ganz besonderen Ort, um Ihren Geist zu verjüngen und Spaß zu haben. Angeln vom Pier, Sonnenbaden, Schwimmen und Leute beobachten sind alle innerhalb von zwei Minuten zu Fuß. Orient State Park ist innerhalb von ein paar Meilen und bietet auch Naturliebhaber Atemberaubende Blick auf Vögel und Sümpfe sowie die Long Island Sound. Auch in Orient ist eine Sea Jet Ferry für diejenigen, die das Mohegan Sun Casino in Connecticut über den Long Island Sound genießen möchten.

Private und geräumige Unterkünfte für vier Erwachsene gehören zwei Schlafzimmer mit jeweils einer separaten Wohnfläche und eine voll ausgestattete Küche und Bad in einem beiläufigen antiken Kiefer-Stil eingerichtet. Unsere charmante Wohnung im zweiten Stock ist friedlich, ideal für zwei Paare oder eine Familie.

Amazing Stay

Maritza and John were the most gracious hosts. They were quite flexible with check in and check out times. They made sure we were comfortable and had all that we needed. The apartment was perfect. We spent the weekend in Greenport attending a family wedding. The property is comfortable and nicely decorated. It's location was convenient to town and the wedding venue (Kontokosta Winery). I would definitely stay here again and would recommend this property to friends and family.

Stunning and amazing hosts

The location was close to everything. The space was perfect for 2 couples. It was clean, spacious, and just a wonderful place to stay. But above all the hosts were phenomenal and so accommodating. They went above and beyond to make sure we were doing okay and made us feel comfortable. My wife and the other couple who stayed with us agree this was a great space with wonderful hosts! I highly recommend!

This was far and away the best VRBO experience we’ve had. The second floor apartment we had was perfectly furnished and immaculate, with so many cozy and thoughtful touches. The house and yard are beautiful and the back yard, which is particularly lovely and has lots of seating, is available to be used. The house is located on a quiet,lovely, tree-lined street, within spitting distance of three beaches. Hosts John and Maritza were warm and welcoming, immediately making us feel at home. John gave a very thorough tour of our space, which was great because I immediately knew where everything we needed was located. Just can’t say enough good things about this home and John and Maritza! Wonderful stay!

Lovely hosts, amazing location!

Stayed with Maritza and John over Memorial Day weekend. They were super friendly and accommodating, met us upon arrival and gave us a tour of the property and answered all questions. The property is located only a few doors down from the water and a 5-10 min walk or bikeride into the village. The property itself was lovely and had historical charm, but also everything we needed to enjoy ourselves (comfy beds, Washer/Dryer, beach chairs, coffee maker, Netflix!). Would highly recommend!

It was fantastic. The home was beautiful, the hosts were friendly, the location was great.

We loved the property. We came for Mother’s Day weekend with my 5 year old son and 70s- ish mother in law. Was very comfortable for all. We could walk my son to the playground and water in the morning in less than 5 minutes and then into town in about ten /15 minutes later in the day for ice cream, shopping etc. The hosts were lovely and helpful and the apartment was very cute, clean spacious and well taken care of. We plan to come back!

Wonderful!

We spent a wonderful 5 days in this beautiful home. John and Maritza are the most gracious hosts, offering recommendations and good cheer. The house is 1/2 block from the beach, or 1 block to the lagoon, which we also enjoyed. It is approximately a 15 minute walk or quick drive into town. The home is ideally situated. The kitchen was well-stocked with utensils, cookware and dishware; each bedroom has a sitting room/living room so there is plenty of privacy. Would love to return to this lovely home!

John and I chose Greenport Village because of my love of antiques and wonderful 'unspoiled' older homes, while enjoying an innocent and simple quality of life in the Village. John's love of all things in or near the water.. boating, fishing, swimming... fresh seafood....The Long Island Sound and Peconic Bay made it a simple choice with countless activities to enjoy.
