Please note that construction work is underway opposite the residence. At certain times, this may cause slight noise or visual disturbance. However, work is suspended at weekends and during the Christmas holidays.

If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the flat's private car park (2 parking spaces with 1 type 2 charging point).

Flexible welcome for your comfort: You have the option of being physically welcomed by the Cocoonr team, the agency specialising in "ready-to-live-in" rentals, or of arriving on your own. In both cases, access to the accommodation is possible from 4pm. If you choose to arrive on your own, please note that the keys are kept in a secure area with a code.

To access your accommodation, you can choose between :

- Autonomous arrival: by collecting the keys directly from a key box on site.

- A physical welcome: in this case, you will be greeted on site by the Cocoonr team, who will show you around the house, share useful tips with you and hand you the keys.
