Start out your day by utilizing your fully-equipped kitchen and sitting on your (18th floor, West tower) balcony eating breakfast as the sun comes up!! Next, either work out at the state-of-the-art fitness center or skip it and head straight for one of 5 pools. There is a pool here that will satisfy any age group. Hungry? As lunch approaches, why not try out the Riptide Bar & Grill that is available all year round.

Need some coffee and Donuts? Just visit the store on lobby level. There is even an Alvin’s Island where you can purchase lotions, sand toys, bathing suits and towels.

End the day by playing a game on our Wii U GAMING CONSOLE. But, most importantly, take time to enjoy the sunset as you reflect back on your day of fun!!

I would recommend this condo to anyone! Perfect view, easy access to the beach, very spacious, relaxing, and clean. My family really enjoyed themselves. I’ll give it 10 stars if I could, was very satisfying.

This place offered the most for significantly less than other similar locations/condos. If you visit off-season, you may run into the resort doing maintenance (e.g. carpet cleaning). If you're want to avoid the crowds, it's a good tradeoff. Even though we traveled in September, it was plenty hot (in a good way).

Splash fun

The elevators are the only issue we encountered. The unit has some normal wear. But nothing that affected the quality of our visit. The managers were extremely responsive. Even after the stay. We loved the beds, they were very comfortable. I would absolutely stay there again.

Splash is always a great resort to stay at. We love the area and it’s perfect for our kids (6, 2 and 9 months). The unit was clean and exactly as advertised! The hosts were helpful and quick to reply. Our trip was wonderful, and we can’t recommend this resort and unit enough! Book it!!!

Great location - super clean!

Perfect spot for families with awesome amenities! Hosts were very responsive to questions leading up to the stay and provided thorough directions to the condo and registration - making arrival an absolute breeze! The cleanliness was immaculate - showers, toilets, linens, furniture, appliances! Our family had an awesome vacation and we will definitely be recommending this unit to friends and family with kids!

Great Condo and Awesome Hosts!

Our kids always love Splash because it has a wonderful pool area and the beach is always beautiful. Splash's location is great too, with many things to do and eat within a ten minute drive. This is our first time staying in this room and our first time staying in a two bedroom condo at Splash and definitely enjoyed it! The condo was beautiful and the owners have done a great job furnishing and decorating it. Our kids really loved the queen bunk bed too. We only had one hiccup, when we discovered a leak that was later found two be coming from two stories above ours. The owners and Splash maintenance were great with very little interruption to our vacation. The owners even made it up to us without us asking for anything for the trouble. Definitely worth the stay and being on the 18th floor this condo is guaranteed to have beautiful views!

Awesome place!

I love the location! We have stayed there the past two years.The condo is perfect for my family. Repairs were addressed promptly (door handle). The master tub was draining slowly but I did decline repairmen because teenagers were still asleep in the room. Overall an awesome place to stay.

Great property and responsive owner!

We had a great week at this condo! Before we had even arrived, we were contacted by the property owner about something in the unit that was requiring unexpected maintenance. We were given the option of being there with the handyman or being told the times he would be there so we could work around it. We didn’t mind being there during the maintenance, and told the owner it was no big deal, because we know things happen and appreciated it being taken care of already after he had just found out about it earlier that day! Even though it was a minor inconvenience, the owner was apologetic and still insisted on doing what he could to make it right by buying us some pizza for our trouble. This was unexpected and unnecessary but so nice and definitely appreciated! The kids loved the pools and we ALL loved being right on the beach! The TVs in the unit were huge, the kitchen pretty well stocked, and the beds were comfortable. Also, we have had problems with internet connection at the beach with some places we have stayed in the past, but not here! One last thing I’ll mention is that we enjoyed the location of this condo. It wasn’t a long drive to pier park/other attractions but also wasn’t quite as busy and loud as some of the places closer to pier park that we have stayed at before, and the parking garage with the enclosed pedestrian bridge was great. Thanks again for a relaxing and wonderful week!

Great condo. Perfect view

This condo is perfect. The view is amazing. We loved sitting out at night and enjoying the sunset. The bunkbeds are full size vs twin so plenty of room for kids and teens. Furniture is great. Kitchen is a great size. Master bedroom has a separate entrance to the balcony which was great in the mornings for a great view. The added beach chair service was a huge plus and a big cost savings. This area is close enough to restaurants and the pier but far enough away to not get caught in traffic. Splash has 2 restaurants so if you just want to stay in for the day and grab some burgers it’s a huge time saver. Will definitely be back
