Completely renovated, this charming Breton building combines modern comfort with authenticity. Located in the heart of Saint-Brieuc Bay, close to amenities, it offers a haven of tranquility for stays with family or friends. This house can accommodate up to 10 people and includes a cozy 30 m² living room with a fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen, four comfortable bedrooms, and four bathrooms with showers. Fiber optic WiFi connection, sheets, and towels are provided. All that's missing is you!
The accommodation is laid out as follows:
- A 30 m² living room with a TV, a double sofa bed, and a fireplace (wood not provided)
- A fully equipped modern kitchen with an electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, and hob
- Bedroom 1: a double bed (140x190) with storage space, en-suite bathroom with shower, vanity unit

- The large 20 m² terrace is fully equipped for outdoor meals and aperitifs for 10 people, with a parasol, cushions, fixed and mobile outdoor lamps, and a solar garland that lights up automatically.

- Travel guides and local information for exploring the surrounding area,
- Each bedroom has its own private shower,
- A large-capacity refrigerator and freezer for maximum comfort,
- An office area equipped with an RJ45 socket, allowing you to take advantage of fiber optics for efficient and peaceful teleworking,
- Electric shutters in each bedroom allowing total darkness,
- A private courtyard offering parking for up to 2 vehicles.
The house is located at the end of a cul-de-sac, in a quiet environment where birdsong accompanies your days. Although the highway appears to be close on the map, it is invisible and inaudible from the house. You will also find several amenities nearby: Leclerc is a two-minute drive away, Aldi, Picard, and a bakery are less than a minute away by car.
Activities:
Many water sports are available, such as windsurfing, kayaking, paddleboarding, fishing, and diving. You will also find zoos, hiking trails, and various cultural attractions. A folder containing all the information from the tourist office is available in the accommodation.
Transportation:
The courtyard has parking for up to 2 cars. Free public parking is available on the street. The house is less than 2 minutes from the RN12. The bus stop serving the beach is an 8-minute walk away.
