The Space:

Welcome to this superb, completely renovated apartment, ideally located a few minutes from the Eiffel Tower! Perfectly arranged on the 1st floor with elevator, it can accommodate up to four travelers.



The apartment includes:

• A living room: equipped with a convertible sofa bed for 2 people, a Smart TV, storage space and high-speed Wi-Fi access.

• A sleeping area: equipped with a Queen Size bed (160x200 cm) with extremely comfortable new bedding, a Smart TV and storage space.

• An open equipped kitchen: hotplates, oven, microwave, washing machine, kettle, Nespresso coffee machine, kitchen utensils, pots and pans.

• A dining area: designed to enjoy your meals comfortably.

• A bathroom: shower, hairdryer, soap and shampoo.

Sheets, towels, blankets and pillows are provided for the duration of your stay.

• Independent toilets.

The apartment also has laundry facilities: drying rack, iron and ironing board.

The Neighborhood:

You will stay in a typical and friendly neighborhood of the 15th arrondissement, between the Commerce district and the local shopping streets, perfect for discovering real Parisian life on foot. A few minutes' walk away, you will find popular addresses for your gourmet breaks such as Comptoir Moderne for a meal or a friendly drink in a lively Parisian atmosphere, Le Chérine for tasty Lebanese cuisine and La Vérasion for a modern take on French dishes, all very popular with locals and visitors alike. For your more classic meals, the area is also full of bistros, bakeries and cafes where you can have lunch or dinner on the terrace. Professional housekeeping services are provided upon your arrival and departure, keeping the apartment immaculate for your enjoyment.

If you require a fan, please let us know at least 72 hours in advance. We will be happy to provide one, subject to availability.



Family-Friendly Services:

If you require a cot and high chair, please inform us in advance (with 72 hours' notice). Subject to availability, we will be happy to provide these. However, please note that we do not provide baby linen.



Check-In and Check-Out:

Check-in time begins at 3:00 PM until 9:00 PM.

Subject to availability, we can welcome you from 9:00 PM to midnight, with an additional fee of €20. After midnight, check-in can only be possible the next day from 9:30 AM.

Check-out time is 11:00 AM at the latest. For early arrivals or late departures, availability will be confirmed 24 hours in advance, with any applicable fees clearly communicated.

A concierge service will send you the details of an agent who will provide you with the keys to the apartment. He will answer your questions about the apartment and its operations, as well as about the neighborhood.



Deposit Requirement:

A deposit of €250 is required to access the property, payable online ONLY by card via SWIKLY. You will receive a refund from 21 business days after your departure, provided no damages are noted.



Additional fees:

Key Management policy

Additional Key: This service is reserved only for stays of 15 days or more.

Do not leave the keys on the door or inside the apartment at any time.

Forgotten keys inside (requiring door opening): €80 fee.

Lost keys: €80 fee + cost of key replacement.

Keys not returned after check-out: Charged either the cost of key reproduction or, if necessary, the full cost of lock replacement — ranging from €100 to €2500, depending on the lock type.

Unauthorized Late Check-out: €90.

Cigarette Smell Detected After Your Stay: €450.

Professional Use and Photography:

Photo shoots, filming, professional meetings, or commercial uses are strictly prohibited without prior permission. Contact us for pricing and to obtain the necessary permissions.



Minimum Age Requirement:

Please be advised that the minimum age to make a reservation is 21 years. Individuals under 21 years will only be allowed to enter in the presence of an adult meeting this age requirement. Otherwise, they will not be allowed to stay on the property, and no refund requests will be accepted for non-compliance with this rule.
