There's plenty of space to relax and sip cold drinks outside, including the covered front porch overlooking the beach and the breezy upper deck with a swinging day bed, rocking chairs, and a 360-degree view of The Washout and the Morris Island Lighthouse. A small portion of the grassy yard is even fenced for your dog to enjoy safely.

Inside, the air-conditioned living space is comfortable and casual. On one side is a living room with a large flatscreen cable TV and a selection of board games to enjoy; on the other is a full kitchen, a dining room table, and a screened door that leads to the porch out back. Bonus amenities include flatscreen TVs in both bedrooms and high-speed WiFi throughout the house.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
