Enjoy a view of Coral Oaks Golf Course from this home, preferably from your own private swimming pool! Fans of relaxing outdoors will have a great time at this home. The lanai covers the entire pool area, perfect for enjoying time outdoors no matter the weather. The covered outdoor kitchen (complete with a sink and minifridge) is perfect for guests who want to get their grill on. Inside, guests will be cooled by central air conditioning, high ceilings, stone-style flooring, and well-positioned ceiling fans. The open kitchen (complete with breakfast bar seating for four guests) features full-size appliances and plenty of prep space for making your favorite meals. Each bedroom is fully equipped for guests to come in and get comfortable - guests of the main bedroom will enjoy access to a luxury en suite bathroom featuring a soaking tub. If you're looking to make memories, this is the home for you.

3 days notification is required in order to heat the pool and pool spa. A fee of USD 32 per day must be paid prior to check-in to purchase pool and pool spa heat for your stay.


Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

House is wonderful, great view from pool. Definitely will stay here again thanks to the local property manager who was very helpful in resolving issues with heating pool and door locks (the code Vacasa gave us did not work). Work with local property manager if issues arise. Vacasa of Florida is not helpful.

Prime location overlooking the Coral Oaks Golf Course

A perfect place for your winter break. Plenty of sun from mid morning through to the end of the day on the stylishly beautiful pool. Three bedrooms to accommodate our extended family. The open kitchen/living/dining area was well appointed.

Beautiful, spacious and peaceful home

This was our second time staying in this home with a family of 6. The house feels new, clean, comfortable, and spacious. Our 4 kids love being in the pool and spa, and we love that the huge sliding glass doors open up the living room to the pool area. Many necessities are provided (pool towels, kitchen basics, etc.) to make it a great stay. Location is a bit far from a lot of the things we like to do in the area (our favorite restaurants are all at least 20 minutes, beaches are an hour), but it's a very quiet neighborhood. Vacasa support was local and quick to respond when there were issues. We will definitely try to stay here again!

Brothers and sisters reunion

The house was beautiful as the pictures showed. We paid to heat the pool and spa. Our vacation plans were to spend most of our 7 days using the pool and spa while enjoying visiting with each other. Instead we were forced to find other activities to do outside of the home. Unfortunately the heaters never worked. The second day someone came out and said the matter was taken care of but it would take a few days to get the pool heated and it would be 90 by then. This never happened. I would suggest if a pool takes several days to heat, you might want to turn the heaters on in advance of a guests arrival. We could not swim in the pool and barely tolerated sitting in a lukewarm spa. Unfortunately our vacation was ruined since our vacation was based on staying at the house and using the pool. I was made aware that the guests prior to us had the same issues. If you can not or will not heat a pool and spa to be an enjoyable temperature (the shower was warmer), dont advertise and charge a heating fee. I would have chosen a different home or rental company had I known My family was gracious about it but it was very stressful for me since I set this reunion up and did not deliver. I have been told that management would be made aware of this issue and should receive my heating fee refunded. The refund should be expected and I believe it would be a show of good faith for additional compensation as well.

Beautiful stay!

Beautiful home in a quiet neighborhood. The home is exactly like the pictures and was more than what we were looking for. Management was quick and attentive to our needs during the stay. We enjoyed our time. The only suggestion would be dressers for the bedrooms for unpacking clothes, especially for longer stays like ours was. However- it wouldn’t have kept us from staying and we will likely be back to this gorgeous home!

Nice home but issues with management

The house was nice but the location was too far away from attractions. We rented for two weeks. When we got there we realized we wanted the pool heated. We inquired and was denied because we didn't asked to have it turned on before we arrived. After much complaining we finally got it turned on. We asked where the garage door opener was and was told we weren't allowed to use the garage. No bike available either.

Beautiful and well appointed place for our family

This home was exactly what we were looking for as we planned our family vacation with young kids, and we would stay here again. Plenty of space, very clean, well-stocked with essentials. Location is VERY quiet and private, which we loved, though it was pretty far from most of the restaurants/beach/attractions in Cape Coral / Fort Myers area (was a minimum of 25 minutes anywhere we went due to lights and traffic). We loved the open layout, the huge and very comfortable couch, the spacious bedrooms, and the well-appointed kitchen. Kitchen had all the utensils and basics you'd need, including dishes/silverware/glassware, and even a lot of spices. Everything was very well cleaned. The only things we felt were missing in the house were a hair dryer and any furniture to use for suitcases/clothing. Each room basically had a bed, side table, and light... no dressers or additional tables. The screened in lanai was by far our favorite place, and we spent most of the trip outside enjoying the view of the pool, lake, and golf course. We did have an issue with the pool heat (which costs an additional daily fee) not working and thus being unusable for the first half of our trip. With little kids, the pool and spa were definitely the main draw to the home. The local management was very responsive, but it required speciality service that wasn't available over the weekend. Once fixed, the pool and spa were fantastic. Would be nice if they provided a guide on using the pool / spa heater to avoid issues in the future.
