Apartment 1.5 km from the village center. It has the charm of our Savoyard chalets. It is located at Crêt du Merle, 200 meters from the ski slopes. Easy access to the village by car or shuttle, there is a stop 400 meters from the chalet. Quiet with good exposure and a very beautiful view.

LIVING ROOM of 16.50 m²: a sofa bed 2 persons (140), television, windows and French door leading to a terrace of 14 m². Table and terrace chairs in summer.

KITCHEN of 7 m² equipped: sink, 3-burner gas stove + 1 electric + oven, microwave, extractor hood, refrigerator with 170L freezer compartment, dishwasher, filter coffee maker, raclette and fondue appliances, elements with all necessary kitchen items,

BATHROOM of 3 m²: sink, towel dryer, bathtub, separate toilet,

BEDROOM 1 of 15 m² 2 SINGLE BEDS (90), wardrobe, window,

LAUNDRY ROOM (common area on the ground floor of the chalet): washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board.

EQUIPMENT: ski lockers. In summer: swings, ping-pong table, darts, petanque in common

Not accessible to people with reduced mobility.

Services not included:

- Pet allowed (limited to one), supplement of 25 € for stays up to 10 nights, then 25 € per additional 10-night period (capped at 100 €) to be paid on-site.

- Arrival outside of opening hours

- Credit card deposit upon key handover (500€)

- Rental of sheets, pillowcases, towels, bath mats, kitchen towels: email sent 20 days before arrival to order linen (order to be placed no later than 10 days before arrival).

- Baby equipment: to be ordered and collected from Pressing des Aravis

- End-of-stay cleaning, flat rate based on accommodation surface area (50€ to 150€), to be ordered 3 days before departure,
