Spacious two bedroom and two bathroom condo in a convenient location to enjoy local beaches and restaurants. This condo has everything you need for a home away from home. It is located in a gated community with an outdoor pool, gym, children’s playground and beach access. We are conveniently located 5 minutes from the Montego Bay Airport and less than 10minutes walk to the “Hip Strip” restaurants, shops and beaches. This is the perfect location to kick back and relax as well as enjoy all Montego Bay has to offer.

My family and I enjoyed our stay. Granted we were there for a funeral, but the location made it easier to get into tow, the beach, and the airport. The only downside was the sewer smell but that wasn’t the fault of the host.

Great value to live off resort!

Traveling with my two teens, my priorities were having plenty of space per person and being able to really explore Mo Bay... rather than being limited to one small room together and staying on resort grounds. This stay was perfect for that. Clean and safe, responsive owners. Thank you!

Tucked away in the middle of the best location in Montego Bay

Well-cared gated community within walking distance to the beach and Hip-Strip. Apartment had all the necessay ammenities and was quite comfortable.

My family and i enjoyed our stay here. Everything was as listed. Apt was clean and spacious, newer appliances in the kitchen, washer n dryer etc. They even thought of the minute details n even left out couple beach towels for us and extra bedding. The owner was very responsive and tried their best to work with a request that had. We felt safe at the apt and complex has security guards at gate. Secure property

Property was secure and we felt safe. Accommodations were reasonable. Lacking some small but important amenities (such as beach towels, cable tv, some kitchen amenities ) that would have made it a great stay. Only mirror in the master suite was in the bathroom so that was inconvenient. Did not have homey feel but was OK for a quick weekend visit.

Amazing!

We made a last-minute booking, and Suzanne was very accommodating. The check-in process went smoothly, thanks to her clear instructions. Whenever we needed anything, Suzanne responded promptly. The apartment was clean and nicely decorated, with all the amenities listed. It's conveniently located within walking distance of restaurants, beaches, a gaming lounge, and other entertainment. We felt safe and had a wonderful stay. Suzanne's place will be our go-to spot whenever we travel. Thank you again for your hospitality, Suzanne!

I can’t say enough

Suzanne and Peter are the two sweetest and most understanding people. You will not regret renting from them. Their home is beautiful and have all the amenities you need so you will be comfortable. Do Not Waste Your Time

The host gave us the wrong direction. The entrance is not on Kent Avenue. We walked around the area for 30-45 mins, asking neighbors for the address. Call the host a few times when she finanlly answered she gave us the address, which was not what her messaged us, and thats down an alley way, not in clear sight. They ad says their is a gym, we could not use it, because the host doesnt have the key. We stayed there over the NYE days, the next day we were tired and wanted to watch some TV, but it doesn't work. The area the HIP Strip is a Joke. We nearly got mugged by some street hookers. Not a nice area and host!

Our address has not changed in 5 years. Chatham Palms is located on Kent Avenue in Montego Bay - at one end of the Hip Strip. It is a gated community with a private entrance & manned security, not an alley. It is unfortunate that you were unable to find it. The apartment is equipped with 3 working Smart TV’s - one cable ready. Over the holiday, the gym was not open for which you have been compensated. The reviews received over the years certainly speak volumes.

Peferfect Home Away From Home

If I could give this 1000 stars I would have. The host was great with checking in and making sure everything was fine. They answered all questions in a timely manner. The apartment was in a well secured area and I felt so safe. I was even taking night stroll around the complex at night. I sat by the pool at night and meditated and security passed and just made sure that I was OK. The customer service of the security guard were excellent. The frowns of the complex was well kept and beautiful. The complex is in a great location, in walking distance to many things. It is also located close to the main road so it was easy to take local taxi instead of the over priced ones for tourist. Now as for the interior of the apartment it was cleaned and well maintained. There is everything needed to live like you are at you own home. I actually was there for two weeks and I shopped and was able to cook meals instead of buy food every day. The appliances were up to date and everything was beyond my expectations. My favorite was that there is a little gym where I exercised and had no excuses why I could not keep up with my new healthy lifestyle! 😄 Over all I hope this place is available for my next visit which soon. Thanks for making me feel like I was at home.
