This 2bd/2ba unit is the bottom floor of our vibrant 1950s era duplex style Rehoboth home. We decorated with the beach in mind & hope our guests will enjoy all the amenities that we & Rehoboth have to offer! We have a great fully stocked kitchen, EV charger for electric vehicles, outdoor area complete with a fire pit, hot tub, and grill. We also provide all linens and towels and have all sorts of beach items like chairs, umbrellas, toys, and games!
We own the entire home and sometimes host other guests in the top floor unit. For this listing, guests have use of the entire bottom floor unit. Our neighborhood is quiet & a little hidden...like any gem! We provide clear directions. Both units can be rented together for groups message us to inquire!
We love our Rehoboth Beach gem because it is so close to everything! Whether you’re in town for a shopping weekend or the beach, we have you covered. Our home is located right next to all of the outlet shopping centers and just a quick 3.7 mile jaunt to the beach. During the holidays we are just 1.5 miles from Schellville Village which is awesome for the whole family. Just a couple miles across the highway from our home is a parking lot for bike trails access too!
- Brand new hot tub and awesome outdoor dining area with firepit (shared space but plenty of room for all to enjoy!)
- EV Level 2 charger post located by the driveway.
- Two bedrooms with queen memory foam mattresses and two bathrooms.
- Fully stocked kitchen with spices!
- Thoughtfully decorated living room with all the beachy vibes.
- 2 chairs and a beach umbrella provided (we do not provide beach towels).
-No pets allowed in spring and summer months.

Guests have access to the entire downstairs home. Our home is an attached duplex and we sometimes also host other guests in the upstairs home. Guests also have access to the backyard and an attached laundry shed with a washer and dryer. Guests have access to the brand new outdoor shower, hot tub, outdoor dining area and fire pit. This is a shared space but there is room for everyone! We feel that instead of sharing a hot tub space with lots of other guests in a condo or hotel setting, only sharing with one other unit is a great way to spend vacation for maximum enjoyment. We are one of the few listings in Rehoboth Beach able to offer a hot tub. See house rules for more info.

We are always available to our guests during your stay. We are glad to exchange phone numbers and emails if needed, but always reach out to us on the Airbnb messaging app first. We monitor the app during guest visits to ensure we are ready to help!
Our home is in a private neighborhood right off Route 1 and is right next to many amenities like the outlet shopping centers, across the highway from bike trail access, and within 2 miles of many grocery stores and restaurants. Some restaurants and bars like the Coastal Taproom are walkable! The beach is only a quick 3.7 miles down Route 1.
Since we sometimes also host guests in our upstairs home too, we ask guests to bring no more than 2 vehicles for parking and park on the right side of the spacious parking area. Getting to our home when returning from the beach (or further south) can be a little tricky due to the city blocking off direct access to our neighborhood. Making a U-turn on John Williams Highway in order to make a right into our neighborhood is required. It’s super easy, but adds 1-2 minutes to the drive.
-We request guests are at least 25 years of age to book. We do sometimes make exceptions.
-No pets allowed in spring and summer months. Please don’t bring an unapproved furry friend. We do approve pets in the Winter (Nov-Feb) on a case by case basis. An additional cleaning fee may apply.
- Quiet hours for our neighbors are after 10:00 pm.
-Hot tub use: By booking our home guests agree that hot tub use is at their own risk. The hot tub and outdoor area is a shared space with upstairs guests. There is enough space for everyone to enjoy the amenities and always ask all of our guests to be considerate of each other. Sharing space can be a great way to meet new friends and dine outdoors or play games like cornhole together! Please use our outdoor shower before entering. It is always important to consult a physician with any condition or illness. It is not recommended to consume alcohol or medication with hot tub use. We do not recommend children use the hot tub, but if parents decide that they can they must be supervised. Lastly, now that the important stuff is out of the way: have fun! We provide silicone cups for the hot tub.
- Please do not allow children to play with or draw on the chalkboard. It is made from painted glass and could shatter.
- Please park on the right side of our large parking area in front of the home. We ask guests bring no more than 2 vehicles. Our upstairs guests park on the left side. There are EV Level 2 chargers on both sides.
- Most important rule: enjoy your stay and have a wonderful time!
