We live on 8 acres in the suburbs of Georgetown, De. A stroll through our nature trails, will welcome you to native flora and fauna to enjoy. We are 6 miles from Sports @ the Beach Complex. Our recently painted & renovated (Nov 2025) In-law Suite sleeps 2 in a QUEEN size bed & can add 2 adults/children in 2 comfy cots, upon request. A new folding table and chair set is available for your dining needs. We replaced the 32” TV with 58” ROKU Smart TV. We provide you with multiple Apps like NETFLIX & Amazon Prime that offer hundreds of movies and Free High-Speed WI-FI, as well. You can feel free to install your own apps, as well. Enjoy our Salt water pool & pick from our Veg garden during the warm months. We have a beautiful fire pit that you can use, as well.There is a covered, pavered patio; connected to a 6 person seating area plus, 2 chaise lounges

This is the best place I have stayed at. The hosts were wonderful. Their hospitality is unmatched. They have a beautiful property that is well maintained and close to all Delaware has to offer that we were looking for. The place was clean and in such a safe part of town. You turned off the AC while out of the suite all day and my wife Cindy said that you were both so clean that it didn’t even look like you were there for 3 days! We enjoyed our stay! Ed and Cindy were great hosts- they gave a delicious recommendation for a seafood dinner - Beaches in Milton. We were offered the pick of their garden where we found the perfect size zucchini and some herbs. The bed was comfortable and very clean unit. Thanks so much!

Daisy and her two sons were very sociable and respectful. We spent a lot of time together:~ eating hot dogs that Mamma Daisy cooked on the grill outside of the suite and teaching the boys how to build and sustain a camp fire to roast marshmallows over during their last night here. The boys loved zipping around the yard in both the ATV and John Deer Gator. Communication was excellent before and during the entire process. Conversation came so naturally. We truly hope they will visit us again for a break from city life. We would highly recommend Daisy and her family to other Hosts as well.

Memorial Day Weekend Stay

Ed and Cindy were absolute wonderful hosts! The property was so beautiful and the room was clean and stocked with everything you could need! We were able to enjoy the pool, patio, grill and the entire property. Their communication was excellent and we even got to meet them and their sweet dog 😊 we can’t wait to come back!

It is extremely clean and in order. The back 4 acres feature nature trails to experience local flora and fauna.
