The apartment is located on the third and last floor without elevator of an art deco style building. The accommodation faces rue Barla and has a small balcony to enjoy a breakfast in the sun, the apartment is equipped with double-glazed windows.



The accommodation is arranged as follows:

- Upon entering the accommodation you arrive directly in the spacious & bright living room equipped with a lounge area with sofa, TV, free wifi connection; a dining area and a fitted open kitchen (microwave oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, Nespresso Vertuo coffee machine, kettle, toaster, etc.)

- To access the sleeping area you will have to take a fairly steep staircase, you will arrive in the air-conditioned bedroom with dressing room and adjoining bathroom (walk-in shower, vanity unit, WC, towel dryer, hairdryer).



Bed and bath linen are provided by a professional service provider, as well as welcome products for your arrival (small soaps, coffee).



The products at your disposal are indeed welcome products, to allow you to arrive with complete peace of mind. However, we cannot guarantee that they will be sufficient for the entire duration of your stay. It depends on your personal consumption.
