Very nice, impeccably clean cottage very convenient to City Place, downtown WPB and Palm Beach. Isabel was very responsive to our messages.Plenty of towels, new appliances in kitchen, which was well-equipped for cooking. The only issue was that there are only two glasses and two wine goblets!There should be another nightstand in the master, and it would be nice to have some bath mats.Other than that, a great place to stay, in a gentrifying neighborhood.

I had mixed feelings about this stay. On the positive side, the host clearly takes pride in maintaining the interior of the home. The house itself was very clean, well-kept, and organized, which made settling in comfortable. Communication with the host was also smooth, and they were responsive and helpful throughout the booking process.However, the surrounding area was a major concern. The neighborhood felt unsafe and was extremely noisy, especially at night. There was a lot of rowdy activity that made it difficult to relax, and I didn’t feel entirely secure coming and going after dark. There also appeared to be a significant number of people experiencing homelessness in the immediate area, which added to the overall sense of discomfort during the stay.Unfortunately, this significantly impacted the overall experience. If you’re someone who prioritizes a clean indoor space and doesn’t mind a more chaotic environment outside, this place might work for you. Otherwise, it’s important to be aware that the location may not meet expectations for safety and quiet.

Very nice house

The house is perfect for a family’s with 3 rooms ,and 2 bathrooms all newly renovated with all the amenities . Very clean and organized . Very close to the main areas of the city ,all 5-10 min by car . Mainly residencial around the house . I went for the marathon and it was perfect location.

Not for families

Oven but No provided bakeware. No potholders no cookie sheets no baking pans. Nothing to go in the oven. One pan for cooking eggs was broken and Handel was falling off. No bathmats, No extra towels no extra blankets no extra pillows. Not a good neighborhood was not a great place for children.

Dear Keith, How this review does NOT surprise me? It’s incredibly how I knew you were going to make an “Unrealistic Review” even before you arrived to the property. You were so rude to begin with…. Not even responding to any of my texts. I understood right away I was dealing with an “IMPOSSIBLE TO PLEASE guest”. My house is well provided for what it’s intended for. To have the guests comfortable during their short rental stay. It is impossible to accommodate every special need for every specific guest. I noticed based on your review and all of your requests and needs, you don’t go on vacation that often. Next time you go on vacation please remember to bring your special supplies so you don’t end up messing people businesses based on your unrealistic expectations. Have a wonderful year!!

Clean but sketchy

This property was very clean and close to the square, but it is in a sketchy neighborhood. What I mean is the house next door is totally gutted as to other houses around the area. Loud bumping music, loud neighbors, and a police visit to a neighbors house. If you're flying in be prepared to bring your own beach and fishing supplies. No chairs, no bbq grill and no direction to which beaches are near and accessible.

Hi Michael, thanks for your review. However, I want to explain to you that this is a historic developing neighborhood. I do not understand your description of the "Sketchy neighborhood". The next-door building belongs to the City and it's being preserved as it is historic as well. Nowhere in my house description said that I provide BBQ nor fishing supplies. If you had any specific requests, I would have appreciated if you had giving me the chance to provide you with what I have. Is all about "expectations" and clearly you had the wrong one. This is a very unfair review and nothing on my end would have changed your opinion. Next time you are better off staying at a hotel in Palm Beach.

Cute, Clean Home

The house was cute and had enough room for the 4 adults and dogs. It was clean and you can tell it was recently remodeled. The couch and beds are very comfortable. The futon was nice but not as comfortable as the couch. There are very few cooking items in the kitchen, I had to use a pot as a mixing bowl. Even a few dollar store bowls would have been helpful. I also bought an aluminum pan to make a casserole in. The microwave, fridge and stove are nice. You will need to buy ice, the ice maker does not work. The garbage can in the kitchen is very small and honestly, not practical for guests that want to cook. There was no dishwasher detergent and very little dish soap. Every rental I have been in had these available so I am not sure if this was an oversight or if we were supposed to bring our own. We were there for two nights and had to buy toilet paper. The main bathroom had one roll that already had a bit used off of it and ran out the first day. The other bathroom also only had one roll but the only people that used that bathroom were the ones that stayed in the master bedroom. We didn't have any wash clothes so my friend bought some and left them there for others to use. The area isn't the best but the house has the security cameras and people around us seemed friendly. Overall it was a good stay and the owner was very friendly and responded quickly when I had questions.

Great Place! Close to everything.

Really enjoyed our stay. We walked to the boat show and City Place. Great yard for dogs too! Opener was very responsive as well.

Very nice! Accurate description. Comfortable

The description is very accurate. The place is nice and intimate, clean, and convenient. I stayed there for a week and cooked every day. There is basic cookware, plates, glasses, and silverware, enough to make dinner. If you plan to make baked dishes, grab some aluminum pans at Publix only 8 blocks away. You will need ice and bottled water however because the water and ice maker on the refrigerator was not working although I didn’t mind. There are outdoor cameras, which made us feel safer in the neighborhood. I rated this stay five stars because it was good overall, in my opinion. I would definitely stay there again! Thanks for hosting my family :)

Amazing property. Perfect for a family.

It was a wonderful house. Super comfortable beds and pillows. An electric reclining sofa and a pleather futon in the living room with a large flat screen Tv with lots of channels and Netflix. Wifi is easily accessible. There's a dishwasher and a really nice washer and dryer. A super nice fridge too. The fenced in back yard is accessable through the master suite too. There's a cute back porch and plenty of privacy. There's also off street parking for 2 cars or 1 truck. The only down side is the neighborhood, it seems a little rough. But they have cameras all around so you can rest a little easier. I would 100 percent recommend this house for anyone. We will absolutely be staying at this house again!
