In one of Deer Valley's most coveted locations, enjoy dramatic ski views from the serene deck with space for relaxing, hot tubing in lower Deer Valley!

This two bedroom, ground level condo offers a beautifully remodeled kitchen and living area, a steamy hot tub for après ski relaxation, and easy walking or Deer Valley Direct shuttle access to the Snow Park Lodge, just a ¼ mile away from the base and ski Village. Walking or using the city bus into town is also ideal all year round, with Chaparral being just a ½ mile from Main Street and the historic downtown of Park City.

The condo offers a king suite with ensuite bath and a twin daybed. The ensuite bath was remodeled with gorgeous stone choices and glass euro shower. The large vanity offers double sinks and is adjacent to the water closet, shower area. The master bedroom suite sleeping 2-3 guests is peaceful and private, yet accessible to the main living areas and the second bedroom.

The second adjacent suite offers a twin over queen bunk set, along with an additional twin bed, sleeping 3-4 comfortably. That suite has a separate adjacent bath for its guests. The property offers lodging for a total maximum of 6 guests with 5 separate beds within, and 2 baths for guest use.

There is a private garage for ski gear. A flat sidewalk extends from Chaparral for walking, jogging or waiting for public transit without worry. There is additional guest parking available on a first come first serve basis as well.

This location is ideal for skiing Deer Valley, Canyons, and Park City Mountain, or shopping and dining in the downtown district, visiting for Sundance Film Festival, summer hiking, biking and concerts. Chaparral is a centrally located, ideal spot for all Deer Valley/Park City has to offer.

Summer guests: note this property does not have air conditioning, but as a ground level unit it rarely needs any comfort adjustment.

This condo was beautiful. Fully stocked with the basics. We bought our specific grocery needs. Excellent location. Right on bus line to Snow Park lodge area. Private hot tub was awesome. The DV Direct shuttle service was phenomenal. Would seriously consider foregoing a rental car next time in Deer Valley. This shuttle is door to door service within the area

Great Location and Condo

The condo unit is very conveniently located just past the end of the parking lot at Snow Park Lodge about 5 minutes away. The bus is directly across the street from the condo making it so easy to get to Snow Park Lodge as the starting point each day for skiing. The condo is lovely, well decorated, and very well kept. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you would need and there is plenty of space to move around. Should you need anything at all, it is simply an email away and the response will be same day. The location of the condo and bus stop also make it very easy to get a bus downtown. The hot tub was clean and very soothing and the gas fireplace keeps it cozy at night. The bedrooms are spacious and the bathrooms are very nice with a large walk-in shower for the master. There is even a washer with soap pods, and a dryer. I would not hesitate to highly recommend this condo for rental.

Perfect location and great views!

This is the perfect place if you're wanting to experience both deer valley and park city! Bus routes come right in front all day, Main Street and deer valley are both within a couple minutes. St. Regis is within a walkable distance. The condo itself was cozy and perfect for our long weekend trip!

Beautiful ski vacation

We had an incredible ski vacation and this was the perfect place for our little family. The location was perfect with an easy less than five minute drive to the slopes and close to all of the restaurants we picked nearby. The hot tub was clean and fantastic after a long day of skiing. Also loved the fireplace and coziness of the place. Thank you for a memorable vacation! We will be back!

Perfectly convenient

Had everything we needed for our family of four: hot tub, washer dryer, good room setup. Also well stocked in terms of tissues, linens, basic pantry supplies. Right off Deer Valley Dr and a quick drive to the slopes.

Deer Valley ski week

We are 2 adults and 2 children and it was perfect for our ski week. The management company answered all our questions and handled all needs promptly and politely. It was very clean and comfortable and walking distance to the resort. Easy to grab the bus as well. We were very happy.

Great central location

Loved the bus system just outside our door. Condo was comfortable and had great views. It was clean and very comfortable. We did call maintenance on a minor issue with inside fireplace, and they were prompt and easy to work with. We would definitely stay here again! Thanks.

Great choice in Deer Valley

My family of 4 just returned from this Deer Valley property. Beautiful 2 bedroom condo within steps of a quick bus ride to Snow Park Lodge. Unit was exceptionally clean and exactly as advertised. Fantastic private hot tub which was great after a long day on the slopes. Would definitely book again next time in Deer Valley/Park City!

Great location and cozy condo. We enjoyed the hot tub and fireplace after each day of skiing Deer Valley. Kitchen was well equipped. It could use a few new pots pans. Master was nice and quiet with comfortable king bed. Bathroom could use a space heater during the cold months. Overall it was just what we needed for our family of four. Very convenient to everything.

Perfection personified

Everything about our stay was excellent. Location, amenities, communications. Wouldn’t change a thing! Very cozy and comfortable. Loved the fireplace and hot tub - essential for any ski trip. Kitchen was well stocked for prepping any type of meal and we especially appreciated the sharp knives! (a pet peeve at so many rentals are dull knives!) Lovely comfy beds made sleeping totally dreamy. Bus stop right outside made transportation easy to anywhere, be it the slopes or downtown. Shall definitely book here again. Highly recommend

Hi Paget, I am sorry to hear that you did not have a pleasant experience at the property. This is the first time that we have had any issues with noise from the floor above, so I can only apologize about that. Regarding the snow, the snow removal companies were doing weekly pick ups of the already plowed snow piles, so I will pass on the feedback to the HOA about the issues you faced. As discussed in the email I sent out to you during your stay, they were doing all they could to make it work, but given the huge amounts of snowfall that we have had, it has been a tough year for them. Once again, thank you for your feedback, and sorry the trip wasn't as you would have liked.

Overall good with a few issues.

Unit was very good overall. Great location. A few unfortunate issues arose during our stay which were not addressed by management in a timely fashion. Hot tub dirty when arrived and dirty the whole stay despite being advertised as working hot tub. Also, not working were humidifiers and garbage disposal. No sense of urgency on the part of the management company to address these issues. Very disappointing customer service to say the least. Especially at this price point. Would avoid properties run by this management company in the future.

Simply Perfection!

We are a skiing family of four that has hit most of the major resorts in North America. It is exceedingly rare to find accommodations that exceed our expectations. Often the website pictures far surpass the actual layout...but this was not the case with Deer Valley Chaparral 01! Not only was the living area larger and more cozy/comfortable than expected but the outdoor patio with immaculate grill and private hut tub were amazing! (There was even a spare propane tank locked to a pole in case we ran out!) Kitchen was wonderfully equipped with everything we could need. Nice garage held all of our ski gear and rental car. There were perfect instructions for everything and a wonderful shuttle service on demand. Mountain West texted and emailed daily to check in on us, but we had no need for their help as everything had been so well set up. 5+ stars for sure!!

Great Spot for our Family of 5!

We really enjoyed the condo. There was enough room for our family of 5 (3 children ages 15, 12, 10), and the location was great. There is a shuttle, but we chose to just drop our family off at the lodge, and then go and park in the lot. The condo was updated and had enough towels, kitchen supplies, etc. Everything was very clean and updated. The only suggestion I would have- is to find a way to create some privacy from the hot tub next door. When we used the hot tub, we felt like we could carry on a conversation with the people next door- a little privacy would be helpful! Overall, great property- and we would stay again!
