Enjoy the lush surroundings as you unwind on the screened-in patio, savoring your morning coffee in our comfortable teak rocking chairs while watching the playful birds and squirrels in the front yard or take an afternoon nap on our custom daybed. As dusk descends, the patio and landscape lights gracefully illuminate, creating the perfect ambiance on the front porch, enticing you to relax with a cocktail and enjoy a friendly game of cards or checkers.

Our fully-equipped kitchen, adorned with charming bead-board cabinets, a spacious island with additional seating, and brand-new appliances. The kitchen is stocked with all the essentials for the chef in your group, and the expansive dining room table provides a welcoming space for intimate dinners. We've taken care of every detail to ensure your stay is seamless, providing aluminum foil, wrap, spices, baggies, storage containers, dishwashing detergent, and more, allowing you to fully relish your beachside experience.

The cozy living room, featuring a comfortable sectional sofa and a large 60" smart TV. Feel free to use your personal streaming passwords (Netflix, Prime, Disney+, etc.) to enjoy your favorite shows and movies. If work beckons, a dedicated work area is conveniently available. The guest bathroom, complete with a tub/shower combo, is located down the hall. Retreat to the primary bedroom, offering a custom king-size bed, a large TV, ample storage, and a private ensuite bathroom with a 3/4 shower. Across from the primary bedroom, you'll find the guest bedroom, adorned with a queen bed, a hand-painted dresser, and unique artwork.

Don't forget to take advantage of the laundry room, equipped with a full-sized washer and dryer, along with laundry supplies for your convenience. The carport offers ample storage space and there's even an invigorating outdoor shower.

Prefer a poolside retreat? We've got you covered. You'll be impressed by the generous 11x30 heated pool and spa. This is no ordinary pool; in fact, it's one of the largest pools along 30A! Set in a picturesque backyard adorned with vibrant landscaping, the backyard itself is a peaceful oasis of beauty and serenity.

Craving the beach instead? After you tear yourself away from the backyard oasis, take a leisurely stroll (or a quick bike ride) to our direct beach access. The house is thoughtfully equipped with a variety of beach essentials, including a beach cart, four beach chairs, and two umbrellas. We also provide beach towels and a small cooler for your refreshing drinks and snacks.

After relaxing at the pool or the beach, take one of our four complimentary bikes (a $400/week value), allowing you to explore dining options at Alys Beach, Rosemary Beach, or The Big Chill.

EXTRA DETAILS:

- We require an email address, phone number, copy of drivers license, guest list, guest ages and signed contract for all reservations within 48 hours of booking. If not received during this timeframe, we reserve the right to cancel the reservation.

- Early check-ins and late check-outs are typically not available.

- This home is not pet-friendly or children friendly.

- Extra charge of $50/guests/reservation night applies for adults guests over 4 people.

- Exceeding more guests than what is on the reservation, without host's prior approval, will result in forfeiture of security deposit.

- $100.00 a day (October 1 - May 31) additional charge added to the reservation to heat the pool to 85 degrees from 10am - 4pm& to heat the spa to 101 degrees from 8pm - 12am.

- $75.00 a day (June 1 - September 30) additional charge added to the reservation to heat spa. Spa is heated to 101 degrees.

- The pool will not be heated during the months of June 1 - September 30.

- Forfeiture of security deposit will be exercised for breaking any house rules.
